Why can’t I activate the Child theme?
I use WordPress multisite, and it shows sth wrong as below. I did first install the parent theme and tried many times, it still can’t work.
Error message: the parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, ave, before you can use this child theme.

The HTML5 video option in slider revolution simply doesn’t work with this theme, i’ve tried so many options to get the video to cover the width and across all breakpoints and it constantly contains the aspect ratio, rather than covering the background.

Yes! You can use Lightbox option to disable the link and use lightbox gallery instead.
You can also use Media gallery element and select the position of the title. They can also open lightbox instead of a link. https://original.liquid-themes.com/elements-media-gallery/

Hi, I think you will tell me to open a ticket, or that is impossible, but is there a way to modify/add page builder shortcodes ? The titles of the blog archive element are h2 and this is bad for my SEO, I want to have h3. I already managed to do it with JQuery, but the page’s code is read before javascript modifications, so it doesn’t help my SEO.
I think it would be very useful to have the option to choose title tag for blog archives and iconbox.

I’ve got an issue on my website and I’ve created a ticket (#6214) 6 days ago but still don’t have an answer …
I’ll explain my issue again : every time I’m trying to add a product in my cart, the page redirects to the homepage and my cart stays empty.
I’ve already tried to deactivate all the plugins, it does not affect my problem. But when I switch to the wordpress default theme, everything is working fine.

So I just got an email this morning from the support we paid for, telling me that the issue was from a 3rd party plugin and that they couldn’t do anything as it was beyond the “free” support (the one we paid for). I feel we were given up on. Moreover, the issue is clearly within Ave theme as everything is working fine with the default wordpress theme.
I hope someone else of your team can help us.

You can do this by editing the related shop category. Please make sure the latest version is installed. The default settings also can be changed in Theme Options > Title Wrapper.

ok thanks for that , i will have a look at that . I have 2.3 and i see 2.4 is available . the instruction is “Every time we release a new version of Ave, you see a notification circle and can update the theme via one-click at Appearance > Themes:” I dont see this ?
