Good evening, i have bought the very cool Istanbul HTML Template from you. everything works fine except the contact form. in the Documentation you write “In order to receive emails in your inbox, open php/process-form.php and go to Line 9 : and replace youremail@mail.com with your email, that’s all !” i did that and now when i want to test the contact form i see a red Banner “Error Sending” do you have any clue how to solve it ???

I have the same problem as arunkttol for example i want to change product 4 to be image instead of video but when i change the main content in the product the page breaks and close buttons are not working. How can we fix this? Is your code made in that way that projects must be in that order or we can change them?

I purchased the Istanbul Personal Portfolio website template and I was trying to do some customizations.
While I was able to configure all the other pages, I am having a bit of trouble with the Portfolio page. Basically I want each box to be of type Slider. Basically, each box is a category and then the slider presents multiple items within that category. However, when I am trying to reuse the slide html for the other, the close button seems to not work.
Can you please give me some help on how to proceed further. Thanks.

you need to add an ID to each slider and then go to custom.js file and replace the old initialization with this one :

1- How to change the background image for main page, about me, portfolio ..etc) where i should place the photos and edited in the code to show the photos in the website.
2- how to add the URL to the social media icons in CONTACT page so it will be clickable
3- in CONTACT page when someone leave me message it didn’t send to my email address and nothing mention about that in documentation.

1. What example you’re using from the 6 demos ? You can place the images in img folder and then insert the path of each one.
2. just insert the link instead of the ’#’
3. open php/form-process.php and replace ‘youremail@mail.com’ with your email

Hello, this is a bit of a complicated question but i’d be happy with any response
So basically, I wrapped the <main> all website content </main> inside of a div for unrelated reasons. This does not interfere with the code except when the main page hits the breakpoint to where the home nav is four cards on the screen, I run into a bug. Basically, on click, the card does nothing, the section that should be displayed does not pop up.
However, after clicking on a card, if I resize the page to be desktop view, the section that should have appeared on mobile/tablet view, but did not, finally appears, when the card layout goes away.
This basically ensures that it is not a z-index issue, nor a display issue. I want to say that it has to be an issue with the javascript, but I am not sure… I have been troubleshooting this for multiple hours now haha.
Like I said, this only happens when the desktop version of the site goes away when it hits a breakpoint that pops the card display up for the nav. On desktop, the nav works flawlessly despite the entire page being wrapped in a div.
If you have any ideas to what could be the root of the bug here, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks, and have a nice day
Update, did a little work around, got it working. Still never found the root of that bug though, but the issue itself is resolved now, so do not worry about it.

Here’s what I’m trying to do. I want a landing page using just the “home” screen with the moving text. I deleted the html for everything else, including the mobile only menu, because deleting the menu items was not working for me.
It was not showing on my mobile devices, apparently because of the lack of SSL, so I added the force https:// to my .htaccess file as my hosting company recommended.
The site is still not showing on mobile, and I am wondering if there was already an .htaccess file that I overwrote by accident, or if I did something else to mess it up.
I am not skilled in javascript, which is why I purchased an html template.
Is there a way I can message you the name of the site, or do you need it in the comments?
Again, I don’t know javascript, but I’m happy to add or delete any code that is given to me.

There is no isssue when you don’t find the menu in the mobile Layout because I designed the template like that, I created 4 boxes : each one redirects to a specific section.
