I noticed a huge difference between the number of views in Analytics and the number of views of the particular posts as displayed on the website. I could not submit the ticket after clicking on verify your purchase with envato it won’t work How could I submit
I log out the envato account than sign in then submit the ticket and press login with envato and it informed me that I didn’t verify my mail that’s the reason. But I didn’t get any verification mail or this message any where else

Why does PenciDesign require us to provide username and password for our website?? They should list this before we buy this product because this is NOT what I would sign up for. If you just fix problems without helping us understand why its broke to begin with. Its keeps us constantly having to come to you for support.

I can’t access to the support (expired months ago), but I came to tell here the Penci Video Playlist (widget) is eating a lot of the YouTube API quota. I don’t know why, but suddenly start to doing it after updating to WordPress 5.4.
