Thank you for developing the most beautiful Wordpress theme I’ve ever seen! I purchased the theme earlier this year. My support ran out a few months ago and I would normally buy a support extension and open a ticket, but based on the lack of updates/fixes to known bugs and answers to comments it is not clear whether you plan to to support the theme – so I will ask my questions here first and I would appreciate specific answers.
1. There are multiple Woocommerce errors which break my shop page. Based on the comments here, it looks like you have been aware of the bugs for some time now. The ajax filtering options do not work (see sample js error below). If I buy a support extension, will you provide the code to fix the errors even if there is no plan for a public update in the near future?

3. There is the following error related to jquery migrate: .../wp-content/plugins/berserk-shortcodes/shortcodes/vc_extend/js/brk-vc-frontend-iframe.js: AJAX events should be attached to document: ajaxStop
Will you provide a fix for this?
There are other errors as well, but the most important which need to be fixed are related to Woocommerce.

I want to purchase this theme, still waiting for new release and compatibility with latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce as I found so many comments here about incompatibility. Last time you estimated until end of September you’ll provide new release, but we are in November and there is not any new release. Could you please advice? Please do not provide general answers.

Oh, I found so many comments for some months ago that you said you want to do the updates and now, again you just postpone it for September. You theme is really nice and beautiful, but without good support, it would not make any sense. Is there any guaranty that you’ll do the update in September? The problems and bugs that users reported are the serious ones!
Why is the theme authors not responding to tickets. I have several open ticket/issues but no-one has even ack’d the ticket in weeks. If this keeps up I would have to recommend that people avoid this theme and developer in the future.

Hi there, I just discovered that your theme is not compatible with almost NONE of the woocomerce plugins!!! We’ve tried with Woo subscriptions, custom fields, and more and NONE of the functionality works! The theme looks great for a simple product page however it is blocking functionality for any other advanced woocommerce plugin.
The same story with the My Account page layouts, these look horrible! On your demo you only showcase pages and simple products, you don’t showcase the Woo My Account to see how it looks. We really like your design style however if the basic WOO functionality is not compatible with your theme we may have to change themes.

I know I don’t know why in the world you don’t have more sales. The design is superb! I have Porto with thousands of sales and I think this is better. Maybe you need to do more marketing. Pls consider Oxygen and Brizy as these are becoming very popular. Maybe the main reason you are not getting sales is bc the thousands of people using these builders cannot use your theme!

No problem buddy, yes I think you are limiting your reach too much with WPbakery, it is only one of many and by far not the most popular. You should do like Astra themes which has their themes replicated on the most popular builders. See https://wpastra.com/ready-websites/?page-builder=brizy
What do you think about Gutenberg, Your opinion, at the moment yes Elementor it’s better but Gutenberg expands its capabilities well and quickly, soon I think it will be possible to abandon any page builder.
I think it will take a very long time for people to get used to it, however the MOST popular builder with die hard users are Elementor, Brizy and Gutenberg. You should have options for those 3 at least. Keep me updated here if you plan on doing it. The hardest thing was creating the UI/UX which you’ve done, now all you have to do is replicate that using the builder’s tools.

Hi buddy, I am thinking on taking a plunge with your theme even with WPBakery because we need to redo our website now. I was just looking at the changelog history and was a bit disappointed to see that updates are not as usual as I expected, some even after 6 months! Do you really plan on supporting this long term? I really don’t want to buy something and learn that it’s not going to be updated.

Almost every day we improve something in the theme and update it on the market once a week or two. We even updated the theme yesterday ). https://prnt.sc/scb6prWe just decided to update Changelog only when the MINOR version is released, and for the PATCH versions we do not write logs.

Are you going to update plugins pack? It’s a matter of security. For example:
Your pack: wpDataTables – Version 2.7.2 (Released 04.10.2019)
Actual version: wpDataTables – Version 2.8.3 (Released 26.03.2020)
This theme is not compatible with new version of Visual Composer. Visual Composer use from new font awesome, so when update the visual composer to new version, non of your theme icons will not work longer. Really poor update on your theme.
