I bought Directory Pro, because it list lot of features and got many number of buyers, but then their support is terrible, and they even have a purchase code that block the website from opening due to many issues, which I do not like. Your price is the same of theirs, but your rank is way less and buyers are way less, but how is your support and how about the following features, so I can make decision: The main features that the clients want are: (1) Speed loading of the website, we want it very fast (2) Geolocation, so from the app, people can open the website, search for restaurants near them and be able to find it and click on the address, and the Google Maps app will open to show directions (3) User menu, where users can login and submit locations (4) Search results that will show list of locations as Grid list, and as Map List on the same page, fully customized from backend. (5) Google Adsense, and custom own Ads can be shown and managed form the backend (6) Import CSV or XLS list into the database with all features of address, name, coordinates, images and reviews (7) Be able to write reviews for the list from users and admins, and be approved later. (
When will you update the theme, it is one year without update, this is worrying (9) What is your refund policy if I did not like your support or your theme. Note: There some some limitation such as importing reviews is not allowed. Please be advised that importing reviews from another directory could also be considered illegal.

Reviews cannot be moderated. They can be flagged and reported for admin to review but they cannot be held for moderation by admin when someone submits a review.

Hi there. I use this theme for https://fooddelivery.com.my/location/subang-jaya/ with the listing set to show Claimed first, however the pagination keeps showing the same listing on other pages over and over again.
Have already contacted support but they claimed that it’s due to Wordpress’ existing randomized search behavior.
Is there any way to fix this?

Is there a reason why this can’t be fixed theme-wide? I’m assuming that everyone else also has this issue.

Sorry I don’t clearly understand you questions but from what I understand I will try to answer.
1) Can you sign up to post?
Yes you as an admin have option to configure such that listing submission is restricted for signed in users only OR it allows users to submit listing without signing in.
2) When they make a claim, can anyone do it without being registered?
You need to sign in to claim a listing or you can sign/signup before you submit claim see https://prnt.sc/s7nym0

Can you give an example of how you want it to display like numeric. As for multi-criteria rating it will display in drop-down.

This is a great theme guys. I love it already. I have a presale question.
I have a directory project. A user’s location is automatically detected (or manually entered by user), then user selects a product from a drop-down list, another box for companies offering that particular product at that location is created, the user selects a company from this drop-down and clicks on search button. The search returns a popup with company’s address, email address and phone number.
Is this possible with your theme?

This will require customization if you want it to work exactly like you are suggesting.
But if you can accept a different work flow it might work out for you in building a early workable prototype and gradually customize it as per your needs. Let me know if you want to know about the work around and I might need some more details.

You have just updated the theme. You need to delete the old ListingPro plugins (all 3 plugins) and update them as well for it to work.

We only officially support WPBakery and Elementor. We do not have our own page builder we do have drag-and-drop form builders, etc.

Pre-buy questions I am starting my business in Zambia, is it possible for me add Zambian Kwacha as the currency on my website, particularly for the purpose of quoting subscription rates. Related to the previous question, I noted you have the Paystack plugin but it says its only supporting businesses in Ghana and Nigeria at the moment so I imagine it wouldn’t work for me in Zambia. Hello, I am considering buying ListingPro but have a few questions before I make a decision. I understand that listingpro is a directory and not a marketplace and doesn’t support the taking of transaction commissions. This is fine with my startup phase of the business but eventually I will need to scale into this function and that will probably mean moving my business off of listingpro. When this time comes, how possible is it for me to move my code and content to a new a site? Will I lose any content like the reviews, ratings, etc if I decide to move from listingpro?
