I’m running the theme at https://www.jarstoragellc.com and updated to WordPress 5.5 yesterday. Now, certain elements of the theme look broken and I can’t access the theme at all on the backend. Has WordPress 5.5 indeed damaged or broken the theme?
We are working on the 5.5 compatibility hopefully will release the new version of theme soon in a day or two.
Hi, I am interested in this theme – the software I work with, 6security, has their own booking plugin for wordpress. I guess this should not be a problem to implement it, right?

Hi, I’m very interested in your theme. We don’t use PayPal in our country, but have an alternative called PayFast. Would we be able to use that instead of PayPal? https://www.payfast.co.za. Also, on the booking form, the calendar allows you to select days – is it possible to change that to months – eg we would like someone to hire a unit on a monthly basis from the beginning of the month to the end of the month.
Sorry the payfast is not there but we can implement that for you in $350 and regarding the calendar days we can customize that for you in $50. Let me know if you are interested

We are running out site on latest PHP Version 7.2 not tested with 7.3 but will be doing that soon.

You need to use the font which supports latin extended from google. If you that font doesn’t supports please let us know we will help you add params to support the latin for that font.
My available units are not showing up under the locations. I filled out the unit information and sizes, however, It’s just showing a blank space. Why is this? https://imgur.com/g91yTLS
Add the units and sizes in Storeup Theme Options first then you can display those in front end
Thank you! I do have another question in regards to the flex slider. Everything looks good on the desktop version but when I view the website on my mobile device, text is begin cut off or not displaying properly. How do I set the mobile version settings?
I figured it out and replaced the slider with Revolution Slider as an easy fix. However, my last few questions are related to the booking process. I have 5 storage locations and an email delegated for each location. Instead of the booking sending a message to just one email address, how can I change it to only email the location that the customer chooses? Thank you in advance.
Sorry that isn’t possible to send email for the selected email or so. We can do that by considering as a custom work and it will cost you around $1500
I found a way around it with forwarding emails through a gmail account. However, I’m still having an issue with emails not being sent out. I see the emails being logged in my email logger but no notification is actually being sent out.

Nope it uses only PayPal and Vougepayand no monthly auto option feature

Theme does not uses customizer section but it has open them options panel for the customization. Please feel free to ask on our dedicated support forum for the customization help.
Where’s the instructions for setting up the google maps to work? I don’t know how to get the proper key. It looks like google charges money now?

Thanks I ended up figuring it out. They give you $200 free credit every month but over that and they charge now. Should be okay except on very busy sites.

Hi there, I’m very interested in your theme, but I have several questions… Is there a way to add an option for credit card OR check payment in person? Also can I add a credit card processing fee or different price for check payments?
And can tenants log in later and make payments on their storage unit? Or is this theme for initial bookings only? If so, any idea how to handle that?
Lastly, can tenants fill out a contract online and sign it via DocuSign or similar?

Storeup Theme comes with Paypal and VoguePay payment gateway. Different price for processing fees isn’t there.
This is only for the initial bookings at moment. May be in the future we will consider recurring option for the billing. contract like Docusign or similar isn’t there at moment with this.

HTML Version is not there but if you want we can make the HTML Version for you in $99 for you.
It is so expensive. In here all HTML template price 17-24 $. I can pay 30$ for HTML template also you can sell HTML version template and get more money
Actually we don’t have any HTML version live in ThemeForest. We have no plans to put the HTML Version in the marketplace so am saying you $99.
If you want to purchase in range of 24 then you need to wait for few weaks or months.

Yes, booking page is included with the theme. You can set up things on your localhost to test it first and then once everything is done you can add on your site or you can google about the WordPress site development on youtube
