Hi there! It seems that background videos like on this demopage https://demos.wolfthemes.com/hyperbent/home/home-2/ are not shown on iphone? Is this a known bug? Can you help with this?

Video backgrounds work only with self-hosted video ATM.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, it was all updated yesterday… and the video is selfhosted. Also the background video on YOUR demo-page I linked in my first comment not work on iphone.
On this demo page, a youtube video background is used. The video background option is disabled on mobile by default due to various incompatibility reasons. You can add a fallback image.
However, it should work with a self hosted video.

Hi Wolf-Themes, i had purchased Hyperbent theme and out of nowhere the slider revolution has messed up the homepage because to what im seeing it needs to be updated.I i did try to add the purchase code( or what i thought it is) from the package and its saying invalid and i cant do updates either though other options either.What to do ? thanks

This sounds like a cache issue. Be sure to flush your cache or set your cache plugin correctly. This is difficult to help you further without further info, like your website URL, screenshots, etc.

Wolf, ive updated it again with another youtube URL and the same issue unless im putting it in the wrong place .This is my video that ive used

Wolf, i went to WP bakery builder to edit the page and to row settings and the background tab to set the default to video and put the url in.I can see the video showing half way down but still not in the main opener where i cant find where the old URL is in row settings in the back

Hi, I recently bought your theme and I love it. But I have an issue regarding the masonry post style. Whenever I choose “masonry” as a layout for my posts the page on my website is not loading and remains black. As soon as I choose “grid” everything works fine. I already deactivated all 3rd party plugins and found out that the wp bakery plugin causes this problem. I also deactivated my cache plugin since I found out that cache plugins can cause similar problems with the masonry style. But the cache plugin is not the problem here. I opened a ticket on your ticket site including my credentials but the support delivered no proper help.

This Theme looks awesome! Is the mesh-styled video background included – I mean will this mesh overlay a video I upload as a background or is it optional? I hope you know what I mean.

Thank you! Glad you like it.
Not sure what you mean, but all that you see in the demo is included in the theme package except for the CD artworks.
You can set a video background very easily in any section/row you want using a Vimeo, youtube or mp4 video.
If you send me a screenshot of what you mean, maybe I can be more precise.
If you mean the video from the “Minimal” homepage demo, it is from Vimeo so I’m afraid it belongs to the owner. https://vimeo.com/173405377I hope it helps.

<Happy new year for you too, thank you! Thanks for your fast reply. The main page has a video with a burning man and a face in the water – different images. There is a mesh overlay, like you would look through a mosquito net 
. I don‘t know how to describe it. It looks like a dotted mesh like black tiny dots/pixels. I like that effect and would like to know that in case I upload a video of mine, would there be also that mesh overlay or is that effect only applied to the original footage you have chosen?!
Oh yes, sorry, I mixed your comment with Herion theme comments, my bad.
The same about video backgrounds applies for Hyperbent and yes this is very easy to add an dotted overlay via the Slider Revolution, which is used for the text animation. https://d.pr/free/i/oSx6KmIt is also easy to add this effect to any background with a bit of CSS.

Hi,
my site is mostly blank because of this css snippet: { opacity: 0; transition-property: opacity, transform }
The opacity is 0 and does not change by time. I think it´s a transition but i don not find were to change it in the settings or the Customizer. The only way i was able to change it was to set the opacity to 1 in the custom css settings. Is there a better way?

Presale question: How does the membership functionality work? Meaning we are looking to build a subscription service that allows users to download tracks similar to apple music. Can the membership feature restrict the ability to download a track based on whether or not they’ve created an account and made payment?

In theme are no such built-in features. There are plenty of membership plugins what can do this job, but we didn’t have the chance to test any of them. It may be needed some customizations too. Please note that we can support the theme just with the shipped plugins.

Hi, I’ve imported the demo files mannually, exactly as it was explained. I see that the HOME BLOCKS page which was one of the main reasons we were buying this theme is missing from the demo content. How can I import the demo EXACTLY as it is on your demo page?

Hi, a few pre-sales Q:
How “lightweight” would you say this template is? I couldn’t help noticing that it took quite a while for pages to load.. But then again: it could be my internet-connection..
To what extend is ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ restricted? In the notes is says “set as theme”.. Will I still be able to add and style my own blocks anywhere on my site? If not, will I be able to upgrade to a full license of the plugin?
I found ‘Hyperbent’ on my search for a WP template for a classical pianist.Are there any alternative templates you’d like to recommend? Important features are: a slider, a page builder, foto gallery and a contact form. Furthermore it should be responsive and reasonably ‘lightweight’ / fast.

- The best thing is to check yourself the loading speed of the live demo with a third-party server. You can check for instance the Pingdom Tools and this test result. As you can see, 22Mb are loaded in 8 seconds. One of the most important thing in the loading speed optimization is the server speed. You cannot expect to have such results on a low budget host. On the other hand, our live demo is built using all the features we provide. According to your needs, the page size can have a lower size
- Yes, you still can use the WP Bakery to build your content. However, the front-end editing feature is disabled. We can provide support just for the way the plugin is delivered in our theme.
- We have more many music related themes. Check our portfolio and using the tool recommended on #1 question, feel free to check them and pick the most appropriate one for your needs.
