Hello,
Thank you for making this available we wish to utilize this and make purchase, would kindly inform me of the following:
1) Can we use this in order to create access for customers (vendors) to create their own Ad Posting – for instance with an Image and Some Texts? –
2) Is it possible to charge each customer Fee per month or 38 or 41 days – or random number of days?
3) Is it possible that customers can select not to Pay a fee – rather create a post – when they only pay a commission to us – when some clicks on their post?
4) I suppose we wish to understand if there is a Pay per Click Option (to charge a vendor when a potential customer clicks on their link) and membership – That is if a customer will pay a Fee per time interval – and to pay let say $.10 per click?
5) Would you kindly refer back to me as soon as possible as we are also assess couple of other ad systems but we are keen to hear from you.

1. Yes this is possible but the ad should still be a product.
2,3,4.Sorry, these are not possible by default within the theme.

I was wondering if it possible to add filters based on the products details (for ex. Country, categorie, product, etc.), and possibly filtering by multiple options.

With respect to your question here, unfortunately by default it would not be possible to apply country-based filters or extending filters, other than what WooCommerce provides.

Can I reduce features and use this for one vendor to start? Does this have an instant download button for free digital goods?

Yes you can use the theme for a single Vendor.
As for digital goods, video regarding how a digital download would work using Vendify, https://streamable.com/9gvbr We also plan to add some UI elements to show when a product is a digital download if your site is a mix content site, and will be an optional setting.

QUESTIONS:
- Do vendors collect payments “Directly” from Buyers?
- Do vendors Ship “Directly” to Buyers?
- Do Admin ONLY RECEIVE Commissions & Not full payment of items sold by Vendors?
- Do each Vendor have FULL Control over their Orders?
Bottom line, I want to make sure that ALL Vendors are collecting their funds directly from their customers & every Vendor has full control over their Items. ie. shipping, refunds, inventory, listing, etc.
We just want a percentage of Listings and/or Sales!- Will Vendify do ALL THIS?

With respect to your questions here, the vendor payment system within the theme is using PayPal Mass Pay: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/mass-payout-payments meaning that the vendors do not receive direct payments, but instead the payouts are dispatched to vendors based on the set period (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis). However, instant payments are possible but these are per-vendor setting only and are not available as a store-wide setting. Any vendors who has “Instant” payments set will override your store’s default settings.
Please note that the Product Vendors plugin will also be required to facilitate this. I would recommend checking out the docs here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-vendors/ for a full overview on how the payment flow, commissions and shipping works.

1. Simple registration for the client, but not necessary for making purchases
2. Opportunity to create shares with sellers
3. Convenient chat between seller-client
Is this possible in your topic? It’s just not entirely clear what it can do, screenshots have little internal functionality from the seller’s personal account
