The downloaded file does not contain(perfect-scrollbar.min.js.map). It cannot displayed the list of material icon in ui-icons.html
Non-related issue: not having perfect-scrollbar.min.js.map with not showing icons in ui-icons.html

This is not a one click install LMS… but your developers should be able to integrate the theme design (HTML, CSS) no problem.

I’ve been checking your template and it really looks awesome.
I’ve got a little pre-purchase question:
So we want to build an online course platform (like Platzi, Udemy, etc) in which authors can upload their own courses and students pay for it, us charging a small commision.
As far as I understand, this is exactly the purpose of this awesome template, but nevertheless, I wanted to ask first before I hit that purchase button really hard
