Hello. I am very desapointed. Because i sent you to support center the ticket and i am waiting 6 days and nobody tell me what happened. I want to know how can i use the Elementor Pro and The polylang plugin is not compatible with this theme and is a grate problem, because my client want to make 3 languages. Return back our money or fix it

The theme is fully compatible with the Elementor Pro plugin, and the theme does not control the plugin settings.
Please note, we could not advertise anywhere that the theme is compatible with the Polylang plugin.

I have a question about the plugins for the Theme https://betop.stylemixthemes.com/therapist/ Which makes it possible to use in 3 languages – no translation needed, I need a possibility to write the text in 3 languages I have tried more than 7 plugins and none works fine with a theme selected Polylang gives a fatal error And I had to delete all and install it again – I have tried 2 times and none has workd out
I have installed other plugins and they didn’t worked as well unfortunately!

You can use the WPML plugin in order to realise your request. This plugin doesn’t include in the theme package. However, you can download it on your own. I Have been setting up my website and noticed a few things that I’m not able to edit/change easily.
1. When I change the Wording for Services/Events/Portfolio to something else, even though it shows in the Theme settings with the new Text(Label), the urls are stuck to “services/” how can I change this to the new wording?
2. In addition, the Blog page, has the button which states “Read More”. I wasn’t able to find any way to change this text from “Read More” to “Read Article”. Is there a way I can change this?
3. When I imported a Demo (The Therapist) Demo, I could see the new style and pages; But the content wasn’t imported. I had no access to icons/images. Don’t know if that is working by design or its a bug.
4. Header didn’t import with the Demo. I had to re-create the Header and Footers.(Intended?)
All in all. Great Theme! Please help me solve/respond these doubts (questions)

In your theme, there is the possibility of conducting online lessons. So that students can see teachers through video communications and write in chat, or send voice messages? I mean the online broadcast lesson.

Does this BeTop coaching theme supports your Masterstudy LMS plugin as this theme supports elementor page builder I find more comfortable to work with.
As I see the theme supports courses as well but wasn’t able to see course learning module like the masterstudy theme.

Is there a way to display the event date on the event card instead of the event post date. Right now I want people to see that the event is in January, but it shows October because that is the date I posted it. Can this be changed? Yes, PHP configuration limits on your Server should be according to the theme’s required limits: max_execution_time 600, memory_limit 128M, post_max_size 32M, upload_max_filesize 32M, php version 5.7/higher, zip archive should be enabled as well
