Please try to create your key again, I deleted the old one. WooCommerce updates are not theme related.
Thank. That helped. I have activated the key using Envato’s license. Again, this did not work through your site. After activation, I was able to successfully update both wp composer and theme, and also woocommerce.

hi, I have an issue that popped up where my images in wpbaker come up as “Thb image” and if i click on it it only lets you edit the edit the image number and size and not anything else… (there is also a shortcode in the WPBakery settings called Thb image)

Love this theme but having a very frustrating problem. When I “enable fixed content” on a column it works if the next column next to it is an image gallery. If I try to use the media masonry in the second column, it does not work. Is there a reason for that?

I’ve done that before with a different issue and after 3 days the problem wasn’t resolved. They just agreed that it’s a problem and that’s about it. How would this be any different? So am I to understand that the support offered once the theme is purchased is only provided sometimes? Because right now I have to find a solution somewhere else

But its not solved as I want to animate the SVG I just want to know what function is animating the other SVG as I am very close I just want to add my SVG there or should I have to use animated SVG or what as I did’nt understand.

I noticed that you added SVG support for logos in recent update. I was wondering, how exactly can I add an svg logo to my website and make it work, as, for now, imported svg image is not showing?
I already enabled uploading svg’s to WordPress using SVG Support plugin and enabling all its options in the settings. In media library, I have uploaded svg logo, but the square is blank, not showing it.
Do you have any tip how to resolve this?

Hi there, it should work by default when you set the svg file as your logo from theme options. If it is not working, please open a support ticket.

Hello, I bought the theme 3 times and I don’t have support left.
I am configuring some products on my website and I have a small problem. In variable products, the price disappears when it is the same in all variations. I want the customer to be able to select the size and that the price is always visible. Obviously, although the size changes, the price is the same.

I don’t think there is a particular reason for that. I would need to see it to understand the issue there.
Hi, i just installed yout theme and it is very intuitive to use. Nevertheless i notice a couple of issues.
1 – the WP Bakery visual composer seems different from the standard version. In particular in the ROW OPTIONS cannot find the option to set only the row full width but not the content. This is a serious limitation. I’d like to know how to solve it.
2 – I noticed that is possibile to set the menu transparent in a page and that is awesome but usually, when you scroll the page, the menu changes and a background appears. In this case instead the menu stays transparent even after scrolling and this cause serious legibility problems. Is there a way to put a background color on page scrolling?

I have a client who would like to update their Notio theme (ver. 2.4.4) on their current website (www.sterlingretirement.com) to the latest theme (ver 5.2.2). I created a dev site through Go-Daddy (https://dev.sterlingretirement.com) to test the theme update. After doing all of the updates the site is pretty messed up.
I was wondering if you have any recommendations that may help getting better results with the update? Or would I have to basically re-create everything over again?

Hi Robert, some elements were changed, so they need to be re-created. But the most important difference is that you need to install Notio – Required Plugin.
Thanks for getting back to me, I do have that plugin running, I’m also noticing some differences in the WP Bakery Visual Composer Grid Element layout which seems to be affecting the photo grid on the front page.
Yes, portfolio element were separated into multiple ones as they have many more features at the moment.
