Hello I have purchased the theme twice & it is working fine. I add the listing users through my sales team so they are not added in the user database in wordpress.
They all have been added by just 1 user.

Now i don’t have support anymore but i have this issue with photos that disappear.
For example. A header for a listing have been working for 1 year but suddenly it is gone.
The preview of image in edit listing setting is still there but on listing page nothing shows. This has happen several times.
Don’t know if theme is wrong or if some plugin mess things up (e.g. WP rocket or HideMyWp)
Hello! To check what’s wrong on your end you have to renew your support package. We do not have that issue with our theme. You can also try to disable those plugins to test it.
