It’s been very frustrating with your theme to get it going. Not like I’m a novice either. I’ve tried like 10 times on fresh wordpress install and after the plugins are installed there is message at the top “DesignThemes Core Features Plugin requires Visual Composer plugin to be installed and activated on your site”. I’m guessing that is telling me visual composer is not installed on its own by your theme. Support has been pretty poor as well, if I hit support it take me to your website where I have to register. After registering it says an email has been sent out. Now it’s been over an hour but no emails from your support site.
If I progress ignoring the above message the demo import fails with time out. The max execution time is set at the host level at 600 and php info page confirms that.
Why is it so hard to install a demo in this time and age where a single click does the job?
Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded in wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 363 that’s the error at import. I’ve tried both sql version 5.3 and 5.4… it’s been a frustrating journey so far with your theme.

Thanks for fixing the demo, a quick question I’m looking for the subscriber/membership option but can’t find one. I’ve read your comments section where you had mentioned the membership model but can’t find it either in the document or in the theme. Maybe I’m not looking correctly, can you point out where can we set the membership option?

Lots of issues installing the demo theme. First it consistently failed despite having very high values such as max execution, max upload etc… Eventually fixed by adding few codes to the functions.php and .htaccess Setting magic thread to 1 eventually finished the import but after import I see just garbage on the front page. Secondly there’s a message at the top “DesignThemes Core Features Plugin requires Visual Composer plugin to be installed and activated on your site” Is this suggesting I need to buy WPBakery separately to operate this theme?

I’ve read fair bit of comments and answers. Lot of my questions are answered but just a quick couple of questions (I’m going to hit buy now nevertheless).
1. I see there are no appointments available for this theme with the instructor. Is this something you’re planning at all? Otherwise can I install your theme get all the required plugins but then use another theme that allows me to use their appointment scheduling plugin or vice versa. I suppose that will require fair bit of customization but just wondering if that’s something you think is remotely possible?
2. We don’t have quizzes but we have lots of forms. We prefer using a plugin called E-Forms. Those forms suits our needs perfectly. They have short codes for form viewing, submissions etc so I’m guessing I can use these short codes inside of the courses in your theme. My question is, given there is going to be a relationship between the course instructor and the students I’m guessing every from submission will be visible to the instructor under his dashboard?
Would have liked to have a look at the dashboards for instructors and students. You should post a video showing how those looks. Currently I can’t see that in your demo.
Lastly, you’ll accept customization work at all?

1) No, right now we are not planning any appointment feature with the instructor. Mostly our theme and plugin will not be suitable for you to use it in another theme.
2) You can use e-forms shortcodes in the courses section. But they cannot be viewed in the dashboard.
Customizations can be done if we are free.

There is not enough companent in the theme. Also, you did not give the visuals in the demo templates. The theme is very difficult to use. I have been making a website for a long time via wordpress. but I have a hard time in Your template. Documentation is not enough.
For example, I want to use “Image Caption – Type 6”. I use Bakery Page Builder as editor. Its settings are very limited. I want to apply a section from the “https://kalvi.wpengine.com/dance-school/” page. Sorry, the settings on the image caption are not sufficient. I always have to use “Custom CSS”. Sorry I don’t want to use this theme. Please make a refund.
