Hello Team, i just bought your theme. When i was looking for a one click import demo, i couldn’t find it. When i checked your support document it says i have to download the demo from you the upload it. When i went to download your demo i receive a server error to download the folder. I thought i need to login to your support panel, when i registered the email until now didn’t arrive (it’s been hours now). So the only option i’m left with is comment section. Did the Admin function can create courses and upload the video contents (did your plugin can store the video files on external hosting (means not at the same WordPress server) , and setting the video at the protect mode (Just viewable for payed students)?

Did you have a real example (Not mockup) is using this solution on the market?

Sirs: On October 13 I sent you an email with all the access data to the WordPress installation ( https://langumir.com/portal ), with all the access data by FTP and you never responded to me to fix the problem that I told you about. It’s impossible to make the “Add to cart” buttons work, I can’t charge anyone anything and besides, your support only answered me here and when the support should have worked, apparently they didn’t do anything, they didn’t even confirm receipt of the email with all the access data. Anyone who sees that email can hack the website, this is not serious. I want my money back or fix it soon, this is not what I expected, I just waste time and money waiting for support that is not support. I will have to make the whole website new because I waited too long waiting and this will not be secure at all. Sincerely, Horacio.
