Hi, the theme has not been tested with the Printful app, but we will fix compatibility issues if the incompatibility is caused from the theme side.
I am interested in this theme, but have a couple questions…
1) The social proof popup – the one that says someone just purchased X is not showing the product image. Why is this?
2) Can this same popup show an actual name?
3) Can this popup show random names and products (or at least products) as purchased but in reality is just auto generated and not actual sales – or does this feature only show actual sales?
I recently purchased a different theme (nice but buggy hence my search for a better one). How does the theme handle product variants. Primarily if I have say two product colors and the product page loads with variant 1 – does your theme have a way to show only images for that variant? And if a customer picks the other color does your theme have a built in function to then show only images for that variant?
That is about it for now. Theme looks great – but in the end – it must function correctly and intuitively.
Lastly… what is your realistic response time for support. Shopify stores are a 24/7 business and theme support needs to be fast if there is an issue on a live site. When running a live store, 2 days to get support is no good, 8 hours is tolerable, less than 4 great. And is support available 7 days a week. Also, are you base in USA/Canada time zones or will the be a lag for support due to a European location… or other location?
I guess what they say about support being slow must be true – maybe best to look elsewhere for a theme.
Hi, a pop-up window displays the products you have selected in advance. The pop-up does not display actual purchases. We are based in Belarus and respond 5 days a week. But we have serious problems with the Internet amid the presidential elections and protests therefore, the response time may be increased.
how do you edit the line under newsletters field “I agree to subscribe to the newsletter from Blackery”
You will find the line for editing in the theme settings Actions> Edit languages

Hi, the theme has a sticky header. You can see on the demo versions of Home – v.10 and Home – v.18

Hi There, I am getting an error when I try to upload the theme into Shopify. Error says: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid” by the way the zip file that Ive downloaded from the link doesn’t have any theme zip file or source folder!!!!

Honestly im enjoy the theme and very easy to install and highly recommend but 3things cant fix…..Please i want help to change 1./ the width of product on the page they look square and i need them look rectangular(long) the form in demo’s theme since is clothe store and so one 2./ and also want increase the – font size of pop up “someone just purchased a..” (is too small i tried on typography to increase but nothing is happening. -increase the font of product description(is small) 3./ to add badge of safe checkout….Thank you! and good luck for sales you deserve it
