The support system is a joke. I have been trying to get support for a simple bug for 16 days, but nobody cares.Many e-mails and no answers.Tickets look still open in their system but they dont even bother to message back. THE WORST SUPPORT SERVICE EVER.

Hi, Well to edit an slider on need to do that via its plugin dashboard in most of the case it would be Master Slider plugin. about the rest of the page you can edit them with Elementor. and about the watermark I have to say since they are dummy data and you need to use your own images because of the license issue we cannot give them to our customers

When I download the theme from TM, it says is 5.3.14 but in the WP backend the latest version is 5.3.18. When will the latest version be available for download from TF? Thanks.

Yes I know that. I deactivate the live version of my website and activate local version to test when new version of the theme is out. I hope that is ok. I just need to be safe that update is ok.

I have purchased the theme and tried to import one of the demos, but after importing the files the website is not aligned(crashed). I thought it might be a problem occurred while importing files, so I tried to correct it using Elementor, but the strange thing is that in Elementor editor view the website is well aligned and loading fine. but even after we re align things and save the changes, the website is crashed in the real live page. I have raised a ticket in the support system. There is no reply yet

In Wordpress I have Phlox imported, when I click on CUSTOMIZATION an empty page is opened. There is left the text WIDGETS on the screen but none of the widgets were presented AND I cannot customize anything.

Hi. The best option for you is that you submit a ticket on our Averta Help Center that way we can have the details so we can help you better.

For editing demo colors, you can use Elementor options. For each widget, there are style options that you can use to customize the brand colors. To edit the navigation menu colors, you need to edit your header template in the Templates menu of the Elementor and adjust the style options as you like. Also there is the Featured Colors option that is used to edit the featured colors of a demo globally. It’s in the Appearance > Customize > Appearance > Featured Colors.

Please note that is those options are empty for your demo, it means that we are in the process of preparing that specific demo to utilize these options.

Hi. We used Elementor free on PHlox and we have added our own elements to it. But if you do like to use Elementor Pro instead of Elementor free then I have to say you do need to buy its license as well and there is NO theme on the market that can give you Elementor Pro license as well. Since it is illigual

The back-end of your theme seems extremely slow. Often Elementor widget panel will just load forever and timeout. Also when I am navigating the “Customize” panel it is also extremely slow and CPU usage goes up. Can you please advise?

Regarding the first issue, if there is no errors on your pages (probably caused by a third-party plugin or even a Mixed Content issue) then most probably it’s a “lack of memory” problem. We have a guideline for that. I have a notice that “Phlox is Not Activated! to Unlock All Features Activate Now.” when i supplied my purchase code it says that I activated it with another side (wrong!) and when i click on the explain link it, for some reason, takes me to the Master Slide site. what’s going on?
