Hello, I have the latest version versatile from 1 Agost of 2023, and wordpress 6.4.2 and the them not work fine.
It is imposible to edit pages. What is the current version of Versatile? I just inherited a site running Version 1.34 and There is Envato Market with a valid API Token, but I cannot find where to update the Theme from the backend. I cannot edit any pages using the builder at all, it is not functioning. I’m running the latest version of WP and PHP, but I suspect the theme is very outdated.

You can’t edit with this anymore. Page Builder will not work, Gear Icon does not allow you to click or edit. Despite updating everything, clearing cache, trying various browsers, deactivating plugins. I am not paying for additional support just to get a bug fixed.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP6.X Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

We have upgraded to the latest version of the theme 1.4.4 today but it makes no change to output. We are running latest version of WP and also tried v5.8 too. No change.

Oki finally i decided not to use this theme and look for other better, this template is so basic and the page builder very old and confuse and even it doesnt have Instagram in the social!! You have to updated it if you want to still sale it.

hi. Long time ago i bought a licence of your theme. after reuse it, i wonder where i can change the language on the single portfolio pages (clients, website, skills, etc). in the theme .pot file (gdlr_translate) i can’t find nothing.

The portfolio related texts are from our portfolio plugin, you can find its pot file in the \wp-content\plugins\gdlr-portfolio\languages\ folder.
thx for the fast the reply. now it works and so small last question. with which caching plugin you theme works in the best way. at the moment the google web vitalic for perfomance is only 50%.
i can optimize the images but this is at the moment only 10% that i can save. i use gzip, http2 and actual php version and only a few plugins.

Unfortunately, we can’t give the precise answer for that as Google changes it algorithm and make it more complex every day.

Anyone having issues with the admin end of the theme whereby trying to click on any gear icon or similiar on any element does nothing? Basically I can’t edit the site….have tried in 3 different browsers and same difference…...

Hi, when I try to edit ANY element (clicking in icon-edit-item.png organge icon) nothing happens. I have the last version of Versatile (Versión: 1.4.4) and Wordpress ( 5.7.2) installed
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
Let me know if still doesn’t help.
Hi, I have desactivated all the plugins (except for the GoogLayers) and then I activated one by one. And now it works. So perhaps it was a configuration/MySQL error… who knows? hehe!

I am trying to change the logo and when I go to save the new logo and any new options selected under “Versatile” in the main Wordpress menu (GoodLayers Admin Panel) I get an error saying “Sending Error Please refresh the page and try this again.” Does this theme still work?
