I’m planning to start a website about dogs, and I’m looking for a suitable WordPress theme for it. I really like your theme, but I’m not completely sure if it would be the right fit for my needs. I don’t plan to sell anything on the site — I don’t need a shop, a forum, or anything like that. I just want to use it simply for blog posts. What do you think about your theme? OK, we have been dealing with this issue for way too long now. We just got this email requesting the URL for the website with the issue in question, after so much interaction that we ARE STARTING TO WONDER IF YOU ARE REALLY REAL THEME DESIGNERS, OR IF THIS IS A FLUKE OF SORTS HERE ON THEMEFOREST. This is truly an insult guys, that you sent us THIS email after SOOOOOO long trying to fix this, even after paying for theme support, are you for real? You are asking for a url that it’s included on the ticket support system every time we contact you??? Are you going to ask for the logins after the fact, as you have done a number of times with other aspects of this inquiry? (We have provided the logins, AGAIN). Are you guys serious?

Guys, we have been talking about the CONTENT EDITOR TOOL from the beginning of this ticket, that should be enough to tell you that the problem is with ANY page that requires editing. The title of our subject/ISSUE is: “UNABLE TO USE THE CONTENT EDITOR TOOL AFTER WP UPDATE”. Pick ANY page in the website and try to edit it, try to open the home page for example and use the editor tools, you’ll see none available! You’ll only see a blank page, as we shown on the screenshot we sent you via your ticket system. Send us a screenshot of what you see.

We are honestly puzzled… have you guys tried opening any page on the site? That is the reason why you asked for, and we provided logins, so you could try to open a page to test if you could see and USE the content editor tool; as the title of the ticket reads, we are UNABLE TO USE THE CONTENT EDITOR TOOL The site is visible on the front end, and you can access the back admin zone, but when you try to EDIT any content, the only thing you’ll see is a BLANK page, just as you can see on the screenshot we sent you. Can you PLEASE go to the site back admin and from there choose ANY page and see if you can see the c content editor. That’s what we thought you were planning on doing since you asked for logins so long ago. Send us a pic of what you see please.
Did you check my previous video? I tested on the backend and could see the content editor. Please check my video and give me your video if you still have this problem!
We are trying to send you a movie of the issue we have with the page editor but the movie just doesn’t seem to attach onto your Boostify ticket system. (Yes it is under 5 MB). In any case, once we are logged in to the back admin of the site, and after we try to open ANY page all we get is a blank page. Nothing on it… what gives?

After a few WordPress and plugin updates, this theme is just a disaster and does not display the way it’s supposed to. The performance is a total joke as well on all devices. Considering the price, I think a better follow up should be done and the author should be contacted to update her theme. Some developers work hard to deliver good quality websites that look great at launch. But what’s the point if they look crappy after a few months??? Website owners don’t want to pay indefinitely to just have their website working.

Hi, we are suddenly unable to change content on any of the pages. We have tried to update testimonials and some info on the front end and after saving in the back, the front end is unchanged and after refreshing the page, the old content reappears in the back end again. Any thoughts?

So, Elementor does not work fully because I would need to subscribe for pro, correct? Aside from that I am trying to edit every copy because the main language is not english. The website must be modified into another language but not only just translating, I need to add some photos and other stuff. There’s no Theme Editor other than Elementor there. It seems I can’t change text on buttons and other elements.
I am using the demo provided.

The elementor for some reason is not opening this page for editing. It opens the debug mode everytime.

Since the updated patch, we can either have the header image and title with the menu to the site or no header and no menu on the home page.
