I’m pretty much clear on everything and I’m testing with the trial but I have a couple of doubts before I buy the theme:
1.- Can I eliminate a type of sort to be able to include by size of the property? Instead of alphabetical order, order by size
2.- How can I modify the visual style of the search? For example: smaller boxes or that the name of the field is next to the drop-down menus and not on top,...

There are 5 sort by options: Newest, Price (high to low), Price (low to high), Popular, Alphabetical. You can disable each option in the element settings (if you have any problem with it after purchase please email us via support@tangibledesing.net – one of our developers will help you). It is technically not possible to add more options to it e.g. to sort by number fields (e.g. property size) because it will require to modify some core search engine functions.

It will require CSS customization – unfortunately it is not possible via Theme options.

Hi! The functionalities of the template, allow to highlight some properties over others in the key positions of the home? On the other hand, does each agent have access only to their properties? Is there a way for a user to manage their own properties for sale? each agent see only his without mixing, unless one is a super administrator? I don’t know if I’m clear

1. User roles
Agent can add own listings via front-end panel – this user will not see other user listings
Administrator / Super Agent – can edit all listings
You can also turn on moderation so agent listings need to be accepted by administrator.
2. Featured listings
The featured option was designed to display listing in the special place e.g. Sliders – https://myhometheme.net/main/ or special sections e.g.

I was seeing that most of the options are contemplated. The last question is whether there is a way to have differentiated outstanding properties, that is, some more outstanding than others. The idea is a portal where different enterprises can publish their properties and stand out more than others, is that understood?

1) There is a pre made Italian language? 2) How i can list my listings on other partner site? like an integration. ex. in Italy there are other sites for real estates site, immobiliare.it casa.it etc. they offer the api but and know how can connect your theme to these sites.

When you download it, please unzip the file and check instruction inside.
Q2. Unfortunately we do not support this function, it will require some 3rd party plugin.

Thank you for your question. In the current version of MyHome Print option is not available. It will be also hard to add it to the single property page via external plugin because there is a lot of JavaScript code there that cannot be printed automatically (e.g. Slider Images or Plan Accordions). We will consider adding this option in the future.

Hi, I want to do the following: all products have categories and some products are FEATURED, when filtering those products by category i want search results to show adds with FEATURED status first and then others listings in that category. How is this possible?

Thank you for your question. I am very sorry it took so long to answer but we missed your comment. Search form can display only listing by “sort by function” (e.g. newest / price / popular). It will be really hard to add this option because it will require to rewrite big part of a search engine. The featured option was designed to display listing in the special place e.g. Sliders – https://myhometheme.net/main/

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately it is technically not possible – the card was designed to fit iphone 4 (290px + 15px*2 gap = 320). On desktop the grid is 1140px so there is no option to add there more than 3 cards. This kind of change will also require a lot of customizations (not simple css change).

The mobile menu is really very bad and tough to customize. After finally getting the main menu to appear somewhat close to what I need using custom CSS, have no clue how to make my mobile menu follow the same colors as the normal main menu. Why are the 2 menus treated differently in CSS + the additional sticky menu further complicates the problem. Should have the mobile menu and main menu be independent menus in Appearance as per usual and have the color settings separate for them in your theme settings.

Is there a way to add the min price field to the IDX Omnibar search? I checked the box to include additional fields within the Visual Composer element, but that simply adds baths, bedrooms and max price, but it doesn’t add the min price.

I am importing the properties from an xml, everything is perfect except the images, I only care about the first one, I have it well selected per line and when I load the test I see all the images and they are all downloaded. Every database is little different and this kind of import is more “Plugin Area” than “Theme Area”. Some people use free version of WP All Import Plugin for it but we officially do not support it.

I have not explained myself well, the images do have them but in the gallery I only see one. It doesn’t show me the option to pass images. the slide to change image. I am very happy with myhome

Information about the pictures is stored in the postmeta table. Specifically, the meta key should be called “estate_gallery”. I suppose that when you import your data, only ‘featured image’ is uploaded.

When I edit the page, I only see the highlighted one, but when I go to the gallery and filter the images of the publication, I do see them.
So the problem is that the photos are not assigned to the property in the right way. Do you use any special import plugin like https://www.wpallimport.com/?
Our gallery is based on the popular Advanced Custom Fields plugin (https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/). I know that the plugin I mentioned supports the ACF plugin and many of our clients have successfully used it to migrate data.
It is crucial that there are entries in the postmeta table containing photo IDs to be assigned to the property. Without this, “we don’t know” what photos are in the gallery.
If you can’t solve the problem yourself, we can try and help you. However, I cannot guarantee that it will succeed. If you would be interested please send us (support@tangibledesign.net) data to ftp, wp-admin and phpmyadmin.

Hi, we are looking for a real estate theme that have following.
1. Most important, where private people can market their own house or apartment for sale or rent by simply list it themselves… Signup – List their property – Receive mail from interested people directly to their mail box.
2. Be able to charge for the the listing with like 3 different prices. Brons, Silver & Gold.
3. Be able to customize the SUBMIT PROPERTY so it will be as easy as possible with a few options.
4. Have a Page Builder
5. Have demo content for easy installation
6. Easy drag and drop pin for map placement (not longitude and latitude or address)
7. Work good in Desktops, iPads and Smart Phones
8. Have options for us to set separate prices for Sale and Rent. For example Sale between $25 000 to $1 000 000 and for Rent from $250 to $3000, just so it show same on both… it’s looks a little stupid when a sale start at $250
9. Can I customize the search functions… For example remove a field if I not want it?
10. And finally, it have to load fast.
