In case that property items are not editable with WPBakery, this means that you have to enable it. To do that, navigate to WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post Types, select Custom from the dropdown and mark all the check boxes available there >> https://prnt.sc/r8znbk.

After that, the Sagen Property items will have WPBakery enabled, and ready for editing https://prnt.sc/r8zmoo.

My username is InvokeMedia this is really NOT GOOD. I liked some of your other themes and had recommended to my next projects. That is TOTALLY ON HOLD until I see if I can get customer assistance of any sort. I just went in again and now MIRACULOUSLY there is a link to submit a ticket. For over a week, there has NOT. I was always pushed to use a support@ email. Now that this sudden Submit A Ticket is there, I am able to generate an ID that is: #14504 (So please do not DARE come on and say, you just opened up a ticket. It has been over a week)

1. Ther is no option within our shortcode but can easily be achieved by adding a custom CSS code.

2. This is a built-in revolution slider and added as content which will have a certain behavior on hover so it is not possible to apply this on a Row.

3. It is a Revolution slider and you may add your own content, links, and images to suit your needs. You may read more about it here
