header images and not replace able , u just bulied up the page? no opation .. nothing .. and you charge alot

we purchased theme 2 months back once the wordpress is updated. There are errors in the theme even after downgrading we cannot edit images. fatal errors in redux frame work and many more. Author is not responding to the queries. Can you suggest

I purchased your theme for my website delopment with a huge amount of 222.2 USD.

I paid this amount definately not for increasing my workload and tension.

I’m a non-technical person and I’m facing very serious issues in this theme.

Please guide me so that I can easily work on it.

1. There is no direct option in theme dashboard to make changes in header. To make changes in header ( LIke I can’t add a buttion in the header )

There are no shortcuts customization options to make changes in header, footer on even in the theme which is very hactic task for a non technical person like me.

2. How can I remove that university image in testimonials background on the home page? No option available in the editor for this.

3. How can I change youtube video URL available on the home page as no option is given in the page builder.

4. How can I change gallery images available on the home page? No option available in the editor.

5. There is no page builder available for courses customization. How can I edit that?

More problems can occure if I go further. I’m not aware of coding that’s why I invested this much amount in this theme.

Either help me to get rid of these problems or please initiate the refund.

We brought this theme and found that when imported it is not working as shown in the demo. There are full of bugs and support is not available even though we email and pleading for support. Its highly unprofessional and unethical that support is not provided even for a paid customer.
