Hi there I keep getting the same issue with error codes everywhere undefined then the coding disappears along with all images. I see all my plugins are up to date so I’m not sure what the issue is exactly. I can’t find my purchase file at the min but If I need to purchase the theme again I can do that.

We are on WordPress version 5.5.1 and so far had no bigger issues working with the theme. Only since yesterday we can add and edit new elements to the content builder but when the page is saved/updated the element is cleared out meaning that text and images are gone. The content is also not visible in the website frontend, see attachment. When you open up the new element again, it says “undefined” in the respective backend fields. Whats the problem here? Appreciate a quick answer since this is a blocker for our customer. Thanks!
Ps: Ticket support demands to enter an Envato purchase code, which does not exist in our account, we can only provide order number, invoice number and item ID of the purchase. It is a bit annoying to have bought support but cannot use it. Please check the themegoods.ticksy.com

Hello there, Thanks for trying to help out. We tested again with the newest update of the theme today – still the same problem.
We cannot give you access to the actual Wordpress backend since this is a public thread so this would be a security issue.
So far, our solution is to stay with WordPress v5.4.2 since the content builder is working with this version. Although, there has to be a solution for the bug since we would like to use the latest Wp version for our customers. Thanks!

I have a Revolution Slider in the constructor but when I edit it in the constructor nothing appears and on the home page it says Slider with alias undefined not fount, all this after updating wordpress and the theme.

The shop categories is widget on sidebar and sidebar contents will displays after the main contents (product grid) on mobile as you can see on our demo site too.

Normally you can use all basic function of Revolution Slider plugin you saw on demo site.
However you have to purchase separated license for Revolution Slider if you want to use additional features ex. auto update feature of the plugin. When you purchased theme, plugin is included but it’s purchased code for theme
But it doesn’t necessary to buy Revolution Slider license as we will provide an update for the plugin once it has.
