Hi – just letting you know that for some reason whenever I use an image for a parallax background of a section/row, it is extremely jittery when scrolling. Only happens on Woodmart and Basel themes – not sure if it is WPBakery related but it’s to the point where I have stopped using it as it is just not a good look. Doesn’t matter which browser I use – same result.

Yes, this effect is not working well in Safari and there is no way to fix it, unfortunately. You can disable it for Safari only with the following CSS code

You have two search elements in the header and one of it searchs for posts. Remove it or change to products and that will fix the issue.
it used to be only 1 search element and it was the same issue so that isn’t the cause ! and how can i change the search results to products only ?! please explain
Go to WoodMart -> Header builder -> your current header and remove the second search in the header or change its post type to products.
i already removed it ! still the same thing ! plus there’s no option to change the search results type to products

In the Woodmart slides, I am unable to save any arrow or pagination settings. If I try to disable the arrows or pagination settings, they don’t save. This is occuring on all 5 of my Woodmart installs, across 5 different hosts.

I really hope that you will not spoil the work and development of the theme with WP bakery with a comment about the support of a clueless Elementor. You have a great theme and it is very good that it is made on WP Bakery and I would very much like you to develop it in the direction of functionality and not running after Elementors.

Hi there, great theme. Already using it since 2 years. I found myself into this issue now, last time my website was touched was about a 2-3 weeks ago. Yesterday, suddenly, every link redirects to homepage with a 301.
I tried troubleshooting everything properly, disabled all plugins ecc.. Nothing. But when i switch to storefront theme or twentytwenty everything start to work again properly. How can this be fixed? Nobody has made any change in the website quite long time so its almost hard to understand. Any help would be highly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, I encountered a problem with the theme…single posts are not displaying the right size for the featured image..it is so to be large but instead it only displays it in thumbnail size. My woodmart version is 4.6 and the wordpress version I am using is 5.4.1. is this is a prevalent issue with the theme? Thanks!

Just check you own demos. Adding items to wishlist does not change the number of the itemsin the header. check: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-electronics/demo/electronics/

The wishlist counter is disabled on our main demo so it is not shown at all. It is enabled for handmade only. But the wishlist is always cached on the handmade demo so you don’t see the page correctly. We will fix this issue asap.

Wishlist has the same number of columns as your shop page. So to change the number of columns you need to go to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Products grid -> Products columns.
