Hi, i purchased your theme and i just started to configure it. I’m trying to create some products but unfortunately there’s a problem with the product featured image which doesn’t appear! I tried with different page styles but nothing changes. Can you please help me? This is a really serious issue, i cannot build my online shop if the product images are not visible. The error happens in particular with variable products. Sometimes the image appears after refreshing the page. Let me know…

The new version (Cube) looks great, however it’s not mobile friendly optimized (looks horrible on iPhone, some graphic elements covers the text, no margins set, could you improve it?)

I noticed that an update to v 2.2.0 was shown on the WP admin consoles, but after updating the Yoast plugin, this update disappeared, and the Revolution theme remains at v 2.1.0. Is there a problem with the v 2.2.0 update?

Hi, on your shop demo page (https://revolution.fuelthemes.net/revolution-shop/shop/), when clicking add to cart, a sidebar with the shopping cart pops up. Very user friendly. But when you click add to cart on a product page, the sidebar doesn’t pop up. Which is weird for a user. So I want the sidebar to always pop up when clicking add to cart. How to fix this? Thanks!

We just updated the theme to the latest but it seems now all the animation options are missing. Across the whole site each block has lost the fade in or entrance animation effect.

And no we can’t do a ticket because this is well past the support date but this is your issue here. whats going on ?

Hi ! I am hesitating between the Revolution theme and the Werkstatt one 1) I would like to know if the dots of the “image slider element” can be modified by lines ? (like in this project detail : https://werkstatt.fuelthemes.net/werkstatt-lateral/portfolio/the-faculty-magazine/). 2) Also, on this project detail, there is a fix wireframe with a lateral scroll of few UI screens, can i do it on a Revolution theme ? 3) In the “creative agency” demo, can I change the black color of the hover effect in the portfolio section and put a gradient ? Unable to install theme.. When i upload revolution.zip file Appearance > Themes… This message appear… “The link you followed has expired.” Please give reply to me..

On your ICON LIST BLOCK you need to remove comma as the separator for new bullet points!

“Each line will be considered a list item as well as commas.”

Please use ; or something because most times here we need to use a comma in the text and its making that sentence go on a new line.
