Marco admin template is Angular material theme, while Sophia admin is a Html template with bootstrap…I don’t know what you want to achieve to give you more details… If you want to make front-end angular app and use Marco as base app, but you like styling of Sophia… yes, you can copy style from Sophia.

On one side you have Marco which is full front end app with a lot of functionalities, and on other site you hafe Sophia whic is html/css/bootstrap template, and of course you can copy styles from each other.
