We change domain name, how can we proceed?

I’m very, very, very interested in purchasing your inForward Political Wordpress Package, and am specifically interested in the template layout encompassing the man with the American flag behind him. I realize you state that your templates are customizable, but, to be clear, can I easily (1) change the picture of the man with another guy (i.e., my client), and (2) change the American flag background with anything else (like another flag I can import as an outside file)?

Please advise as soon as you can. Dear support, after the latest update my page doesn’t show blog posts. I get a white screen if I go to “read more”. The problem is with the theme. If I change it to Twentytwentyone, it works. Can you help me to solve the problem? The page is dirkmeid.de. Kind regards, Nicole

​Dear support, after last update on our site, header background colour and “donate” button changed colours to basic colours of theme. In settings I can see still my previous colors (like the logo background) , but page shows the basic ones.

Can you help me with this problem please.

Do you have a demo where the events with maps work? I am doing a site that needs a good events management with maps included. These demos I did not see anything with a map.

I’m not happy with this theme. The installation is NOT working. I’ve purchased and installed many themes from other Themeforest developers with zero installation problems. I’ve already contacted support. I thought this was like other themes with an easy installation process and demo import but it is not. I’m on a deadline. I want a refund since I can’t even get help with this installation.

I extended my support for this purchase today on Envato, but now my purchase won’t show up on your support system when I use the verify purchase with Envato feature and when I enter the Purchase Code manually it says that my support license has expired. I paid to extend and I just need the demo download.

I need to transfer the license to the permanent domain. I am extremely not a pro at this type of thing – but my site is now live and is showing the basic theme elements not what I updated. When I re-enter the license code it tells me it is used by another domain (I’m assuming the DEV site) – please help!

Hello – I need to transfer my license from my local host (where I was building the site) – to my server. When attempting to license the theme on the server, it recognized that I already licensed it on my local host. And, I and cant use theme options if the theme is not licensed.

I tried to open a support ticket but I cant because my support has expired. (I do not need support – just want to put my site on a hosted server.)
