Hello there,
I’m writing to you from Turkey. We recently started to work with a payment system platform “iyzico”. But after, a large letter “i” iyzico’s letter i started appearing on my payment page. We have this problem on mobile device. Platform owners said, we can’t solve this problem, so you have to take support from owner of template. How can ı solve this issue ? Can you help me about that? Also ı am sharing screen shots of this problem.

Have you tried switching the theme to the default WooCommerce (Storefront) theme to see if the problem appears, if it still does then it is not a theme problem as the theme also does not manage every 3rd party plugin installed there that may conflict with the theme but it should be the plugin author who should help their users.
Anyway the “i” is not a big problem at all as it is a simple CSS fix which can be applied there as I can see and it will be fixed, it is just that these plugin authors didn’t want to help for such a small “issue” if it may be called so. Can you provide a site URL so I can view it live.

I had a question about LayerSlider. Is it possible to have a hover effect with this plugin and aurum?

I know that this button is made as an image, but I am wondering if it possible to achieve this look and feel in button form (via LayerSlider), but also with a hover affect so that when hovered it fills with white and the text color turns transparent and/or to the color of the underlying background.
I know that this question is specific to the LayerSlider plugin, but I figured I would try here first since it was packaged with Aurum.

Since that button is made as an image at that time the only way was to do it through an image, I don’t know if LayerSlider has enhanced the button options so I can’t give you a proper answer about this, that’s why it is better to ask LS support regarding slider options and features.

I just updated the theme and it seems like all my custom css is not working anymore. Would there be a way to fix this? I have put a lot of time and effort into customizing with custom css

Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Aurum, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

I have just updated to the most recent version but LayerSlider WP, WPBakery Page Builder and Advanced Custom Fields PRO are all still out of date. Why is this?

I just tried that and WPBakery Page Builder is the only plugin that would update. LayerSlider WP and Advanced Custom Fields PRO I get an error message: Update package not available.

i did try to update the template today (april 30) and my license is still valied till may 1 (tomorow). But envato key isn’t working. How can i update to latest version?

Can you please be more specific where you are being asked for the license key? If you’re talking about the premium plugins then with the theme you will get a free copy of of these premium plugins (WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution, LayerSlider), this copy does not include support for the plugin and premium premade sliders. Plugin updates will be included remotely in our server so you can update these plugin by going to Appearance > Install Plugins area.
Within the theme you already have the full version of these plugins it is just that the plugins show a “enter license” for the pre-made sliders.

Hi Art, Sorry i think i must have clicked on “Updates” in my Advance Custom Fields PRO plugin – it says : Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To enable updates, please enter your license key on the Updates page. If you don’t have a licence key, please see details & pricing.
How do I update all these? 1. Advance Custom Fields PRO. 2. Layer Slider WP. 3. WPBakery Page Builder.

Is there a way to change only the background color in the checkout page? Or just only the “order ” box? The background and the bullets where you select the payment method and the “I have agreed….” are also white and customers can’t easily select what they want. Thanks

Is the no longer a contact form in WPBakery?

There was not any contact form in WPBakery Page Builder, the form will show in the page options when you select the Contact template:
You can use any 3rd party plugin for the contact form in WPBakery Page Builder such as Ninja Forms or Contact Form 7.

Hi, any news on a update for Aurum? Haven’t been a update since January and I’m missing support for WooCommerce 4.0… Other themes I use updates fairly quickly, but it feels like it take a great while for Aurum to get updates… I don’t mean to sound grumpy, but I would like quicker updates

This is not a support request, but a bug report.
We are trying to have a logos carousel without any link, so the “Custom links” field is left completely empty, still the Carousel has an empty link on the first element of the list. Have a look at the logos carousel I’m talking about in https://iltiglio.bhweb.it/ The solution: after using explode on the empty “Custom links” string the result will be a 1-length array with an empty string in it, and your code outputs the anchor tag without looking at the actual link value. Check if links are empty strings and avoid outputting the anchor tag in that case so users could also, for example, skip a link in any element, by leaving an empty line in the list. Just use ”!empty” instead of “isset” on line 41 in “inc/lib/visual-composer/laborator-shortcodes/laborator_logo_carousel.php” and it should be enough.
