Also i was able to check the constructed pages in the theme, they are simply not easy to configure, because you have used custom classes every where, and there is no easy option to edit them. After going through your theme, i do not want to use it for any purpose.

The truth is – first i attempted your support page… put in my product purchase code to register… then it asked me to login… which i could not. Then i searched for your support email ID… and emailed them. No reply yet.

I want to report something very annoying with this theme. Every-time i or my clients are using the website a message saying activate license keeps appearing across the screen then gets lost.
I have had to put the website under construction now and loosing business. I have activated the license in customizer, what other license is required in order for this theme to work without this irritating message?
Also the load time of my website is slowed down as theme tries to connect to your server to check license every time. Kindly resolve this without asking for more money. I cant use my website. I am on version 1.6.2 of theme which is latest according to me. What should i do?

Thank you for your purchase. Usually such error is caused by broken default js functionality. It may be broken by your noncorrect edtis, by some other 3rd party WP plugins that aren’t the part of our theme. Also reason may be in some specific settings of your webhosting server. In any case our developer should check – what exactly is causing this problem. This issue can be resolved in the measures of regular support package. But you don’t want to pay for support.

okay, the reason is because we have our own in house developers. We have fixed all the issues with the theme by ourselves but the license pop up is the only issue we are facing that we haven’t touched. In our experience of working with several themes, this theme is the most unfriendly and troublesome theme we have ever seen, not easy to customize etc but i believe as future versions come you will fix most of the things to make it more easy to use, especially the licensing part, you may have to look for another way for the theme to authenticate the license because currently it is creating a lag when the website is loading when your server can not authenticate the license in time, the message is displayed but when you reload, the message goes away this also slows down the website by a few seconds especially if you load it from different devices at the same time which means this is the experience for visitors who visit our website and therefore increases the bounce rate. Somebody else in the comment section pointed about this. A theme should be easy to customize, easy to implement and to use as most developers do not want the headache. Check if there may be any point to work on from my comment otherwise its a beautiful theme am sure you can improve it as its still a baby here in theme-forest.

Hi, I purchased this theme couple of weeks ago and installed in a test domain because client wants to see some changes in it before making it live but now everything is approved and we have deployed the website in client’s actual domain but unfortunately it’s showing a message “If you don’t want to see this block you should ENTER YOUR CODE in Customize or BUY LICENSE at Themeforest”
I have already purchased this theme and have licence and all the required documents so kindly rest this theme from your end so i can make this theme live on actual domain.
NOTE: That unappropriated message is appearing in the center of a live website which is giving a very bad impact of my client therefore i would humbly request you to kindly resolve this ASAP.

Mail was not received to me i gues until i pay support first to you as thats all you seem to want, anyway i have already contacted Envanto support with your frustration with all evidence, they are working on it, i have tried to get any help from you but you have refused to cooperate for days now, my website is offline due to your license issue, then your theme update deleted all my website content and we could sue you for it because it costed us alot of money to develop it. You advised we upgrade to latest version to solve error, i did and all our website content was lost. why the hell should i pay you to talk to you?

My dear author i dont know your age or experience but i want to share some wisdom with you, maybe you are new to business, its a universal rule of thumb to respect and treat your customers well for your products to gain any significance. Continuing to argue and fighting with your buyers and showing how right you are and how wrong they are will soon make your products loose popularity. You continuously show pride, arrogance and lack of understanding and argue, this wont increase your sales. We have seen many great products fall hard due to poor support and poor Customer relations from authors like you.
Change this attitude and start by doing a simple search on google to find your theme has been in nulled websites for free, all versions, then ask yourself why? You continue fighting with your customers they keep submitting every version of your themes free on nulled sites for everyone to download.
For us who respect your work and came here to buy leaving the nulled ones, you are insulting our intelligence and mistreating us, you should take note we are not stupid, we just honor your hardwork but you dont appreciate it. Learn to treat your customers well, we are the ones who give you the money, without us, your projects are plain dead! and thats a fact! No business mistreats its customers and survives, this you can ask anyone even your grandmother.
Note that you are dealing with people of different professions, experience, age and nationalities, you should behave yourself, try be nice, you will sell more this way, customers go where they are treated well always and customer is KING! Continue making it difficult for them, you will see the results in the end.

1) I’m 37 years old. I’m in web business more than 16 years. I have basic IT education. I’m selling website templates since early 2014. Our p-themes author profile has 14th level. We sold more than 80000 copies of our products. Our team is in top20 on ThemeForest.
2) I respect our clients and customers and in return I demand to respect our items and time. We are selling our items on marketplace. So, our team is following marketplace support policy.
At first you began to accuse that we limited your license. But this wasn’t truth. After that you began to request support, but your support period was expired. Finally you requested refund. I consider you as dishonourable client.
3) Referring >> nulled websites >>, that is why we added activation module. Yes, you can download it for free, buy you willn’t be able to make activation and use it without actual purchase code.
4) I’m trying always to be polite and nice with the customers but in your case I see miser that is trying to get support from our team for FREE. Client who is lieing and spamming. Customer who doesn’t respect our time and labour.

I will try to explain our position.
1) >>IF YOUR SUPPORT IS EXPIRED THEY WILL NOT ENABLE YOUR LICENSE>> This statemnet isn’t truth. You can easily recheck wether your license is enabled or not by installing clean default version of our theme. If you process new clean installation and make its activation, you will see that your purchase code is ok, and you are able to use it without any renewing. So, again i can asure you that your license is 100% ok and you don’t need to renew it if you want to use our theme on your website.
2) Exactly for your case. If your support license was already expired and can asume that your purchase was done more than 6 months ago. I must say that first version of activation module operated in such way that our app (which is hosted on some webserver) checked actual license using Envato API. Sometimes, webserver where app was hosted wasn’t available and app wasn’t able to check wether license correct or not. When this problem was investigated we added some check/function which tests server availability and if it isn’t available it prevents theme block. Of course if you want to avoid this problem, you should update our theme to the latest actual version according to our reccomendations.
3) What we have now. You are stating that our theme has activation problem. You are stating that you had problems during update. Also we don’t know wether you have made some core updates in theme source files by yourself or not. Also i don’t know what other 3rd party extensions are used in your WordPress installation with our theme. They also may cause compatibility issues and break default js functionality which leads to this message. In any case the only way is getting support from our developer (because you aren’t able to resolve your issues by yourself). I think it will be fair if you get support in the measures of Envato support policy. Your support period was already expired. So, we kindly asked you to renew your support. But you chose another way – spamming in comments section, writing offensive mails and setting negative feedback. This is your choice.

You can keep the money and the theme its alright. i have updated the theme already and have changed nothing at all. I am not the only one complaining as you can see in the comment section, and be informed that am not new in computing, i have worked as a developer for more than 10 years now, your theme is obviously in error.
You need to correct it for us the customers who buy it and make us satisfied, your failure is not my business and yes i can solve the problem myself but why should i bother when i paid you money?

Yes, you are right we had 3 more complaints (beside you) from other customers. But their problems were resolved in the measures of our regaulr support package. They submitted ticket and our developer checked and resolved their issues.
I can asure you that our latest theme version doesn’t have any problems.
Again, if you make new clean default installation you will see that your license is ok. We didn’t limit any functionality. And in your case there is some potential error – maybe during update or some other.
To resolve your issue by our developer you should have actual support license. This is not our desire or requirement. This is general Envato Support Policy.
We don’t push you to buy new support license. You can hire somebody else for resolving problem, because your license is ok, and you can use our theme without any limitations.

I am going to do this. I will re-download the theme from envanto and upload to my server again. I have done these for many years, i can assure you i do not have any potential problems on my side as you suggest to get me to buy support from you except that brought by your theme, we are a team of 15 developers and mind you its not only 2 people reporting license issue unless you do not read your comments. You cant lie here publicly as everyone is reading.
I will re-download and do a fresh installation one last time, if license fails we go to envanto resolution to refund or i leave the money and the theme for you, are we together?
If you have problem with new clean default installation i will ask our developer to check you issue without renewing support. We will either resolve your issue or make complete refund according to your requirements. Yes, this are public comments and everyone can see our communication.

Actually, i did the tests and after a few tweaks here and there, i was able to get things working except i lost all my settings and my website but had kept a backup. Maybe you can help with something else, ask your developer how much he/she will charge to add me extra icons into the icon library in this theme.It is very important and urgent for me.
