Due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. Hello, I wonder if I import any demo, will subpages keep the same style as the Homepage. On your demo when I choose a homepage and click to any subpage, the design is changing. Is it just a demo presentation problem or it will work same in the theme?

Our demo website serves as a presentation of all the possibilities you can do with our theme, it does follow a specific styles, but pages do differ to each other as they do present what you can achieve with the theme. We are not quite sure what you refer to exactly so if you could provide us with screenshots it would help to understand better.

I see menu on the left but when I click a page from it, it just changes the design an not showing the menu on the left. I was wondering if this Home design style will be on all pages when I import this demo?

Within our theme options you do have settings to choose your Header Layout. As this is our demo website that serves for demonstration we have choosen to showcase different Header styles on different pages. Off course if you set it in our theme Global settings you will have the same layout for every page. No need to worry about that
We do have the same settings on every page so if you at any point wish to have a separate page with different settings and header layout you can for sure achieve this as well.

thank you for the lovely theme. I really like working with it. But there ist one problem I can’t get fixed. Many font styles can be customized really easy. But when I put the menu widget in the side area, I only can change the background color (edge option side area). There is no possibility to change the text color or hover color. Is there a way to change this?

We’ve recently purchased this theme and are having difficulty registering both the Slider Revolution plugin and the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin. The downloaded theme zip file contains two files in the licensing directory that supposedly contain product registration keys. However, there is nothing that proceeds the line “Item Purchase Code:” in either file. Where can we obtain these purchase codes?
Secondarily, there are no included sliders in the unregistered version of Slider Revolution. There are demo pages that report missing sliders, and there are none to be found when checking the Slider Revolution plugin in Wordpress admin. Will this be fixed with a re-import of the demo data after plugin registration?

Hello. I’m trying to update my portfolio grids and have installed the Essential Grid plugin. It works fine if the source is my Instagram feed, but if the source is the media library, the pop-up lightbox redirects to the raw image file. The problem seems to be with the Assemble theme. I temporarily switched to a different theme, and the lightbox worked fine, and I tried another plugin, Modula, and the redirection issue happened again. I expect it will be a simple fix—a setting change or a line of code. Please let me know if you will help me with this problem, and I’ll renew support.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there’s nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

We managed to find the fix.
You just need to change portfolio category slugs into Latin letters (instead of Cyrillic).
We tested this in our local installation https://prnt.sc/qug7jq and the filter is working fine with Latin category slugs – https://prnt.sc/qug884.
The important note is that portfolio category names can stay in Russian Cyrillic, and that is what is displayed on your website.

Please update your theme and theme plugins by following these steps:
Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate assemble.zip
Extract assemble.zip and locate the assemble folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the assemble folder to the /wp-content/themes/assemble folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.
