Hey guys … start working on theme and can not find how to turn of that sound which is installed in theme? I’m building youtube home page and we want music from video on but there is some sound obviously installed in theme. How to turn of that?
Hi check that page settings. There have option for mute sound.
There is “Video Sound” which I keep ON because I need sound from my video but can not find at all the button to turn on that theme music (some country sound)

Yes. Extra question: Solonic Video element work with Vimeo only? I ad video player as we use YouTube only but video place on home page now looking absolutely different. There is no Solonic Video for YouTube?
Theme have not any extra sound option. Please check your admin panel perfectly. Maybe there have any 3rd party plugin for background sound.

There is 2 way for create footer area. 1st and easy is go to Footer options from Solonick Options amd enable footer content area and you will get all options for input. 2nd is enable footer widget area and use widges for footer location.

Hey guys … sorry but have additional question: did Portfolio section consist any template? Asking that as our Portfolio section is empty, also as Team, Timeline and Service sections
For portfolio and service post type different page template available. For time line and team WPbakery element available.
You need to create post for each option. Then you can display in page via element and page template.
You need to import dummy data perfectly then need to start customizing.
I already import dummy data. Obviously not all … I will try to see is it possible that I import it again but only what I need to avoid double pages

Theme design is good, but it’s not easy for beginners like me to write. I bought a Lexal theme, but even if I put up a dummy-data, there was no content on the page.

this is the second time that I loose my menu and colors after I upgdate the theme. Restoring database from a day before does not solve the problem !! how can these options be saved in the theme files !! I will try to restore files from my backup.
Did you edited any core files of theme? Which version of theme you using?
hello, I have solonick version 3.0 I upgraded to the last version 3.2 Now I restored my old files and the site is fine again. Afraid to upgrade. I usually do that from wordpress dashboard or via envato market plugin. Note: after the upgrade I lost “solonick options” tab in wordpress
For update via envato plugin, it’s not redirected you to theme activation page. Update theme again, then go to About Solonick page and add your purchase code. Everything will be fine.
can I upgrade uing wordpress dashboard without envato markit plugin ?
New version have auto update option. Next time you can update it via dashboard.
I updated via dashboard, save problem. can’t open page About solonick gives that I don’t have access
so I will upload my old version via ftp until you find a solution in a new update.
Just update theme by using envato plugin. Then go to About Solonick and add purchase key. Everything will be OK.

You can install theme in any server’s configuration. Your issue not related with theme.
Uninstall and delete WooCommerce plugin now active another default WordPress theme. Now again install WooCommerce plugin and check how it’s working.

I can say that it is an excellent theme very well done !!! However for now I do not see in my options the shop page I do not see it .. How can we include it? that is to say Wocommerce but under the theme design

Ready was already installed, but now we notice something. That since we installed that plugin the site throws a database error. Mysql and on many occasions it keeps loading and then throws an error. We had to restart everything and install from scratch. We install all the plugins and upload the xml found in the “dummy data” folder but the shop page does not go up and it starts as mentions with database errors. Without removing the woocommerce plugin the site works but with the woocomerce it does not. Can you tell us what we are doing wrong?

guys i bought this theme only for the demo “revolution slider” and i cant see it… only appears on the screen ” slider with alias focus with parallax not found”... is by any change that you can help me this?
Import Revolution slider data. All dummy data included with main file folder. Download our full package from tf.

You can do it by edit css. Theme have not any option for that.
Hi, when I add a contact form to a page, the footer disappears! I am developing a website for a client, and they purchased the theme so I cannot support a ticket. I have looked through the JS and everywhere, and can’t see where to fix this… please urgently let me know how I can SHOW the FOOTER on ALL pages, even if there is another form on the page.

You got both plugin as a bundle with theme. We are not providing licence key. If you need updated version of both plugin, just uninstall recent version and reinstall again by required plugin notification.

And you are using menu wrong way. That menu not for scroll function. You can use there only simple url not #about or anything else.

You can change to any language but no RTL.
Hi, Your theme looks great! I’m interested in using for my online store. I see WooCommerce is included but don’t see any examples of product pages, cart page, checkout, etc. Is that something I would need to set up and style myself with WooCommerce?
