Hello, gogreen/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.4.0
Thank you for reporting this issue. We will update that template file in the next update of the theme.
we are offering fruit combos for specific parts of the body designed by expert nutritionists, now wanted to show those nutritionists profile on the front end where users can connect with them and get diet plan designed by them accordingly, HOW TO DO THAT?
You can add the nutritionists to the Team Members section on your WordPress admin. Then add a Team Members element to a page to display their profiles, as you can see in our demo here: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/elements/team-member/
I have added an anchor to a section on the home page. When I sue the anchor in the theme options for the portfolio Home page it takes you to the top of the home page and not the anchor. Any ideas ? thanks
Please ensure that the anchor is unique (can’t define an anchor with the same name in the same page) and valid (without special characters and spaces).
If it still doesn’t work, you may need to send me your web address so I can check it.
We use the GoGreen Theme and have imported pages from another new site using the same theme. The issue is that emails from Contact Form 7 are not being received from the form. Our other site works fine and both on the same hosting. We use Office 365 and not had an issue till recently. Could this be down to the import ? Many thanks.
Try checking the mail settings under the Mail tab on the contact form edit screen. Please ensure that you’ve set the correct email address for the “To” and “From” fields.
“To” field is a recipient email address, for instance, info@yourdomain.com.
“From” field must be an email address that belongs to the same domain as the web site, for instance, wordpress@yourdomain.com.
You will find more details here: https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/
If it still doesn’t work, try checking to see if your WordPress site can send out an email. You can install the “Check Email” plugin ( http://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email ) to check it.
Please Assist:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-lOKO1dsl-gogreen-organic-food-farm-market-business-wordpress-theme.zip Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
You will need to extract that zip file first. Then you will find the theme zip file in the folder “WordPress Theme”. Upload “gogreen.zip” under Themes -> Add New on your WordPress admin.
You can find the instructions on how to install the theme here: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/documentation/#installation
Thank you so much for the help. It was successful. I would like to ask.. the three demos. only one can be in use at a time or I can import the three of them?
When you import the Main Demo, you will also receive the demo content of the Video Slider demo. If you would like to switch to the Video Slider homepage, you don’t need to import all content of that demo again. You will need to select only “Sliders” and “Settings” under Theme Options -> Home, then click on a “Video Slider” demo icon to import the demo settings and sliders.
However, the One Page demo has different content and settings from the multi pages demo. If you would like to use that demo, you will need to reset your site to remove all existing content before importing the demo content under Theme Options -> Home.
You can find the instructions on how to import demo content here: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/documentation/#import-demo-content
Thank you so much for the response.
Hello, we bought a GoGreen theme and after installing it on WordPress with plugins in the theme, there is practically no editability and there is a white page with a limited menu. Could you tell me how I should install the theme to have the full version (I know that pictures and fonts are not available, but I cannot edit any of them). I would be grateful for the information.
After you import demo content under Theme Options -> Home, you will receive all content including images so your site will look exactly like our demo. Then you can easily edit the page with the WPBakery Page Builder. You will find the instructions on how to import demo content here: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/documentation/#import-demo-content
When you edit the page, you will see the WPBakery Page Builder button at the top of the page edit screen. Click on that button to edit it with the page builder.
If the page builder doesn’t show up, there may be plugin conflicts on your site. If you have other plugins, try to deactivate them to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, it might be a PHP limit issue. Please ensure that you’ve increased the PHP limits to the minimum as follows:
max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 128M post_max_size = 32M upload_max_filesize = 32M max_input_vars = 5000
We are trying to get site fast as heck for google and have 1 issue currently. The only page we’re still having problems with is the homepage, because of slider. Could you ask the guy who built it to get rid of black screen before loading slider? I couldn’t find how to do it
Would you mind giving me your web address so I can check it? You can send a private message through the contact form on our profile page: https://themeforest.net/user/wyde#contact
Hi, I have a page I am trying to save as a template. I am unable to save, as I receive ‘Error while saving template’. Please advise. Many thanks.
It only seems to be one page I can’t save
Hi, I need to create 4 pages based on this template urgently. Please advise
I have never seen this issue before. There may be plugin conflicts on your site. If you have other plugins, try to deactivate them to see if it works.
If it doesn’t work, it might be related to the PHP limits on your web hosting. Some web hosting companies have very low PHP limits so it couldn’t save the large size of the page/post content.
Try to increase the PHP limits to the minimum as below to see if it works:max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 256M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M max_input_vars = 5000
For more details on how to increase the PHP limits, please check out the “Method 3. Fix by increasing limits in php.ini file” on this page: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-link-you-followed-has-expired-error-in-wordpress/
Thanks. I found the problem to be one row with 4 single image modules. I removed this and I was able to save as a template. Also, I was unable to save the row as a template.
When saving a row as a template, it won’t show up in the ‘My Elements’ tab in the ‘Add Element’ window but will appear under the ‘Templates’ window.
Click the template icon (next to the plus icon) to show the ‘Templates’ window, choose a template under ‘My Templates’ then click a plus icon to add it to your page.
I have only two questions: My menu looks like this: https://prnt.sc/tj0hhm but I would like it to look like this: https://prnt.sc/tj0xh7 tell me how I can change this in options. And the last question (for the moment) I have seen in another template that when passing the image through the products there is an effect, this specifically: https://ibb.co/vLsG1cJ how can I make that effect?
1) You will need to disable the Transparent Header under GoGreen Options -> Header at the bottom of the page edit screen to show the menu background.
2) That hover effect is not included in the theme. Looks like he is using a Raw HTML element from WPBakery Page Builder to add 2 images, then add custom CSS to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to change the image on hover.
You can find the sample code here: https://www.tutorialrepublic.com/codelab.php?topic=faq&file=css-image-swap-on-hover
Sorry for the delay but I have had a lot of work. In the first point I can’t find that option. Could you tell me better? I enter theme options: https://prnt.sc/tu6ooq but in what section do I get and what option do I have to modify so that it looks like this: https://prnt.sc/tj0xh7 and not with the transparent background by default.
It is not in the Theme Options but in the GoGreen Options on the page edit screen.
You will need to edit the page, you will see the GoGreen Options at the bottom of the page edit screen next to the page builder.
Hi, I have based our home page on the Main Demo. I need to change the text colours for the menu, as currently text is white, and green on hover. Many thanks.
You can choose between Dark and Light for the menu text colour under Aoraki Options -> Header -> Foreground Style at the bottom of the page edit screen.
However, the hover colour is automatically set to the same as the theme colour scheme which you can change under Theme Options -> General -> Color Scheme.
Hello, I just bought your theme and install it but I can’t see any photos, graphics and everything, there is nothing else, no menu’s nothing. I installed the plugins and its still the same, just a bare theme Can you help me to get everything please Thanks
After installing the theme and all bundled plugins, you will need to import demo content under Theme Options -> Home so your website will look exactly like our demo sites. You can find more details on importing demo in the documentation: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/documentation/#import-demo-content
how to activate my license?
You can normally use the theme without activation.
but to use wpbakery templates it asks to activate the license. wpbakery license comes with the theme right?
Of course, WPBakery Page Builder is included in the theme. You don’t need to purchase it. However, the Template Library is only available for direct customer who has purchased that plugin individually. This theme doesn’t use any template from that library, some templates might not be compatible with this theme so we do not recommend to use them.
If you would like to have predefined templates, we suggest to import demo content under Theme Options -> Home.
hello, I would like to display the title of the photo in the light box but can’t do it. I activate the option in “theme option general” and display title in light box but it does not work. I also want to display only the title or the category (but not both) on the overview of the portfolios grids. Thanks in advance. Rodolphe
Please ensure that you have set the Alternative Text for the image in the Media screen on your WordPress admin. The lightbox displays the Alternative Text of the image as the lightbox title.
Hi Team,
I’ve installed your GoGreen theme for one of my customer everything seems working fine but “Add to cart” feature not is not visible to either on shop page or product detail page.
Would you please help me out.
Thanks, Nikunj
The add to cart button is only visible when you have set the Product Price and the Stock Status must not be “Out of stock”.
If it still doesn’t work, there may be plugin conflicts on your site. Try to deactivate your plugins to see if it works.
Good day, I have my website but the icons cannot be displayed. I get them in a rectangle. I don’t know if I have to do any additional steps
It also happens with all the icons of the theme.
https://prnt.sc/t2hnkpIt might be a cross-origin issue. If you have changed the domain of your website. You will need to change the Web Address and Site Address under Settings -> General to the new domain.
If it still doesn’t work, you may need to send me your web address so I can check it.
It is a recent and new installation, and the installation was done with the template importer. Do you have another form of contact to send you the information on the page? and be private I don’t want to put the url here in the comments. It is a recent and new installation, and the installation was done with the template importer.
Sure, you can send a private message in the contact form on our profile page: https://themeforest.net/user/wyde#contact
Just purchased the theme, but I am unable to import the demo content and there is no homepage, I have imported all the pages from the import option
It sounds like the theme settings haven’t been imported yet.
Navigate to Theme Options -> Home, select only Settings and then choose the demo to import so you will have the home page of that demo.
Facing Issue need help: I am unable to find Sign in & Signup Option – user is unable to register – very urgent
How to change/customize the sidebar on product page: https://xyz.com/product/melon-galia-sarda/
need to change the slider icon, by default it is 3 dots (...) – how to do that?
It’s in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy tab. In the Account creation, select “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” and “Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page”.
To customize the sidebar on product page, navigate to Appearance -> Widgets, you will see the Shop Sidebar on the right hand side.
To customize the sliding bar icon, you will need to add custom CSS snippet to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
For example:
.menu-item-slidingbar .sliding-icon:before {
font-family: "FontAwesome";
content: "\f067";
}
The snippet above will change it to a plus icon of the Font Awesome icons set, you will find more icons here: https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/
Select an icon, copy the Unicode and then paste it with ”\” in your CSS snippet like the one I provided above.

related to this, changed the icon as suggested, Thanks – but wanted to name it MY Cart in the mobile view. refer screenshot: https://prnt.sc/t3ohoy
Please ensure that you have set the Shop Single Sidebar under Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Single Product.
Regarding the My Cart icon in mobile menu, you can turn on the Shopping Cart Icon under Theme Options -> Navigation to show the My Cart icon in the mobile menu.
Thanks for your reply Wyde, need to show “Amount Left for Free Shipping” message on cart & checkout page, when searched google found this article: https://www.tychesoftwares.com/display-the-remaining-cost-for-customer-to-avail-free-shipping-on-your-woocommerce-store/

function wc_add_notice_free_shipping() {
$free_shipping_settings = get_option('woocommerce_free_shipping_1_settings');
$amount_for_free_shipping = $free_shipping_settings['min_amount'];
$cart = WC()>cart>subtotal;
$remaining = $amount_for_free_shipping - $cart;
if( $amount_for_free_shipping > $cart ){

if( $amount_for_free_shipping > $cart ){
$notice = sprintf( "Add %s worth more products to get free shipping", wc_price($remaining));
wc_print_notice( $notice , 'notice' );
}
} ?>
It also mentioned to replace with following code if getting error: add_action( ‘woocommerce_before_checkout_form’, ‘wc_add_notice_free_shipping’ );
I tried adding these codes in child theme functions.php file, but its giving me syntax error. Please help in this regard or any other solution you can help me with.

Thanks Wyde, am testing it will ping you if issue occurs…
I am facing another issue, when customer orders, he is not receiving any confirmation email now, previously it was working, didnt make any changes – also the customer is getting email from my personal ID which I used to login with wordpress wanted to change it to support@fruvi.in, HOW TO DO THAT TOO?
and the code you mentioned, will it only for checkout page or works on both checkout & cart page, secondly I have to add this code in the child theme functions.php file at the end – right?
You can change the sender email address under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails. However, if the customers are not receiving any confirmation email. There are a few common causes of this problem, try checking these:
1. Check WooCommerce email settings under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails and make sure the email notifications are enabled.
2. Check if your emails are going to Spam.
You can find more details in the links below: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-emails-not-sending-5/ https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-does-not-send-automatic-emails/Regarding the code I provided, it will work on both Cart and Checkout page. Of course, you have to add it into functions.php in your child theme.
Regarding the code – Amount Left for Free Shipping message: I have added the code in the go green child theme under functions.php (https://prnt.sc/t8b3y6) but its not showing any message on cart page (https://prnt.sc/t8b3zn) and checkout page (https://prnt.sc/t8b42w). Please help
add_action( 'woocommerce_before_cart', 'wc_add_notice_free_shipping' ); add_action( 'woocommerce_before_checkout_form', 'wc_add_notice_free_shipping' );
Also, please ensure that you have setup the minimum order amount, as you can see on this link: https://www.tychesoftwares.com/display-the-remaining-cost-for-customer-to-avail-free-shipping-on-your-woocommerce-store/
Yes the code is already in the previous code: https://prnt.sc/t8ir0b
and also minimum order amount is in setup: https://prnt.sc/t8isgn
The code seems to be working fine on my site. Try checking your Shipping Zone settings. Also, if you have a cache plugin, you may need to clear the caches after you update the settings or disable it to make sure the settings will be updated.
If it still doesn’t work, there may be plugin conflicts on your site. Try to deactivate your plugins to see if it works.
Also, if you limit the shipping settings to specific ZIP/postcodes, try to remove it and use the zone regions (country) to see if it works.
and how to automatically hide DELIVERY RATE (flat rate) when user exceeds minimum order rate (https://prnt.sc/t8jhus) – otherwise customer get confused
Hello, I have bought and installed the GoGreen theme for my page https://frescosdelpacifico.com and it works perfectly, the problem I have is when I enter from a mobile or cellular device, the menu does not work on these devices. What can I do to make the menu work well?
Could you please contact us from the account that purchased the GoGreen theme?
The template was acquired by the bluehost marketplace. Is there any problem if I did not purchase it here directly?
We are sorry but this theme is only available on ThemeForest. If you’ve downloaded it from another website, that means it is an illegal theme’s file. It might not be an original file and might include malicious code or malware.
To have the licensed theme including support, you have to purchase it from ThemeForest directly. Fortunately, it is now discounted from $59 to $35, please check it out: https://themeforest.net/item/gogreen-organic-food-farm-market-business-wordpress-theme/16966736
Hi, is the bundled search feature multilingual? i’m asking because in this website https://www.zooassets.it/, that is using a child theme of go-green, che master language is italian and the search is working, but in the secondary one (english) the serach does not return any result.
hi, anybody out there?
My apologies for the delayed reply!
I just tried the Live Search for the Italian language on that website, it returns the same results as the English one when using the same keyword.
However, we will look into this and filter the results by the current language of the website in the future.
Here are the instructions to achieve this:
1. On the Shop page edit screen, set the Background Color under GoGreen Options -> Background to ’#f9fafc’.
2. Add the following CSS snippet to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:
.products .product {
align-self: stretch;
display: flex;
flex-wrap: wrap;
justify-content: center;
}
.products .product figure {
background: #fff;
border: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,.05);
border-radius: 4px;
padding-bottom: 0;
transition: box-shadow 0.3s;
}
.products .product:hover figure {
box-shadow: 0 0 20px -4px rgba(0, 0, 0, .25);
}
.products:not(.owl-carousel) .product figure {
padding-bottom: 0;
}
https://merqui.com.co/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/EJM.png pues intente con el sidebar y no se queda quieto con el siguiente codigo, que aplique en los css de personalizar:@media only screen and (min-width: 992px) {
content {
transform: none; }
.main-content.full-width:not(.no-sidebar) .page-content .w-sidebar {
position: fixed;
top: 0;
left: 0;
display: block;
padding-top: 95px;
overflow: hidden;
bottom: 0;
width: 380px;
z-index: 999;
float: none;
transition: padding 0.3s;
}
.top-bar .main-content.full-width:not(.no-sidebar) .page-content .w-sidebar {
padding-top: 145px;
}
.sticky-nav .main-content.full-width:not(.no-sidebar) .page-content .w-sidebar {
padding-top: 65px;
}
}
Te agradezco me puedas ayudar, eres el mejor programador en wordpress, no creo que nada de esto te quede dificil.
We are sorry but it doesn’t support sticky sidebar, you couldn’t make it sticky.
Anyway, if you would like to move the sliding bar to the left side, here is the CSS snippet:
#slidingbar {
left: 0;
right: auto;
-ms-transform: translateX(0);
-webkit-transform: translateX(0);
transform: translateX(0);
}
.sliding-active #header,
.sliding-active #content,
.sliding-active #footer,
.sliding-active #page-overlay {
-ms-transform: translateX(0);
-webkit-transform: translateX(0);
transform: translateX(0);
}
#header,
#side-nav,
#page-overlay {
left: 300px;
}
body {
padding-left: 300px;
}
However, this is not included in the theme design so it might not work properly.
Hi How can i have the sidebar below the slider revolution and above the footee? Currently the sidebar is coming next to slider as well as footer . Need it only in the content section. Thanks
We are sorry but the slider should be on the full width page (without sidebars), as you can see on our demo site: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/home-main-demo/
The page always displays the sidebar beside the main content area. If you add a slider into the main content area, it will show up beside the sidebar.
On the page with sidebar, you can have only page header (text with background image) above the main content area and sidebar. It couldn’t display a slider in the page header area.
You may need to create a page with a side column like this one: https://wydethemes.com/gogreen/cafe/
Then add one row above that two columns and put a slider into it. And then add content elements into a side column to make it look like a sidebar.
