Hi Guys, I’ve raised a support ticket but no response as yet. Basically the event calendar doesn’t work, the video eplaining this isn’t showing anything that can help. Basically created one and it’s not showing in the profile under the ‘events’ tab nor in the events calendar or listings of events (Is there an approved button as the new layout compared to the video doesn’t show this). Also the tooltip text needs changing which I cannot find. Just to note for those looking to work with listingpro guys, my last support ticket was responded to very quickly but was during office hours, it’s just I worked over the weekend to try and resolve and now need a response please as come to a stand still.

1. can users create a business listing, offer a product and the site owner take a percentage fee from sales?
You (directory admin) can earn by creating pricing plans for business listing owners. Also once the listing is added you can allow users to promote through paid Ad Campaigns. But the directory admins cannot earn Commission from listing owner from the services or products.
2. are you still updating the theme?
Yes. There is an update coming soon.
3. Is there a job listing type?
ListingPro an end-to-end multi-purpose Directory solution and gives a lot of flexibility to create almost any kind of listings using our customer Listing Form Submission builder and also Advance Custom Fields.
But we do not recommend it to use it for Job Portal website unless you know how to make it work for you. You can try our demo and make sure it fits your use-case. You can also check available live examples to see what others have created.

If you want to manually set related listing it’s not possible. There is near by listings widget available if that helps.

We have built our own checkout process for Paid Listings and Ads. WooCommerce is not required. Hence we do not support WooCommerce officially. To understand more our mission and goal on why we haven’t included WooCommerce as default, you can check the following article. The difference is when you ON/OFF then the feature will disable or enable with the pricing plan, but that feature will show on the pricing plan as enabled (check mark) or disable (red x).
But when you select HIDE under “SHOW/HIDE” then it will just hide on the pricing plan page even though the feature might be turned ON. On the other hand you don’t want to show bunch of red X for the features that are turned off then you can hide. But some times it’s a good idea to show the red x on lets say FREE plan to compare with PAID plan.
Is the system compatible with upme plugin? (https://codecanyon.net/item/user-profiles-made-easy-wordpress-plugin/4109874) so I can add custom fields to registered users?

Hello, I have problem with the actual preview of a new page compare to the page in the elementor editor. In the Editor, everything looks fine, but when I preview the page in its own link (I tried to preview it with some other browsers, and also different mobile phone) it was different. The background for some module is not showing, the layout of some modules also different.
It was fine before, I don’t know what is wrong. Please help.

You have following option.
1. Create a separate domain or subfolder for directory. Example directory.yourwebsite.com or yourwebsite.com/directory and manage it separately.
2. As the Home Banner search is only shown on any page that is set as HOME from the settings, while inner pages can have search in the header area which you can enable from Theme Options area. So to hide search bar from home page you can turn off WHAT and WHERE fields and then might have to do custom css editing. But you cannot use the home banner search in the inner pages with short codes only search will be available for you will be the header search.

Hi, I am interested in this theme for my business directory website. However, I do have a question. I have checked your demo and seen there is an option for search listing under city. Under search bar, I would like to have a search by city and by zip code. Is there any way I can add a zip code search option on the theme and connect payment to Square ?
