Hello,
You can set favicon from Customizer directly. Just go to ElectriCO Admin > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity section and upload the favicon image here. This will set the favicon for the site.

I need help updating the theme. I do not believe it will automatically update and I do not want to lose all the settings.

You can use Envato Market plugin to update theme. It will inform you for the update and then update on click only. Also it willl not remove and settings but I recommend you to take backup regularly (specially when updating theme or plugin).

Can u please Update the Theme because Updates are avalible for Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder the other question is why its not possible to show the theme in boxed on mobile device ?

We have the issue with the Categories in Portfolio. It not appear the project when we click the category.

Actually this bug is already solved but you need a one change to change on your site too. You just need to select the style in “Portfolio Boxes template” from Admin > Elemectrico Options > Portfolio Settings section.

Hi, I need to uninstall this template and all components. I was testing out another template and after deactivating it, the entire site crashed. Can you post a link for those steps please. I love the design, so I’m not changing it because of issues, I’m changing the function of the site and don’t need all of the bells and whistles. Thanks.

Please first disable the “ThemeStek Electrico Extras” plugin. Then change the Electrico theme. This way, you can safely switch theme. If still problem exists then please create a ticket on our support site and our team will guide you on this.

hi, I downloaded this theme but having problems with the default contact form – it’s giving me a configuration error in the mail tab – through some testing, it seems the code in the form is triggering the error…when I create a basic new Contact 7 form, that form’s code doesn’t give me the error.
I’d like to use the default Contact 7 form that you have in the theme due to the font/formatting.

just bought, nice theme.
Noticed a bug, with the bottom header in “Header Style”. button has no 50px padding to the right. logo has 50px padding to keep it off browser edge. This happens when search is disabled.

This is related to change in your site protocol. Your site would be setup with HTTP and you converted your site to HTTPS after that. So this can happen. but the solution is very easy. Just set HTTPS (or HTTP which is your final url) in both URLs under Admin > Settings > General section.
