I can not update the theme. Does your template allow you to create a site for announcing boat sales instead of cars? I mean by that, can we use the template for a site of sales announcements, purchases, locaitons of boat by personalizing the fields in the announcements so that it is oriented boats.
Another thing, do you have front office and back office demo access? Otherwise, when a user places a sales ad for example, should we create the ad after or just be approved by the site administrator?

But the demo is a boat rental demo. We want to make it a site for announcements of sales, purchases, boat rentals (like your car demo).

One-click demo gave me warnings and errors during Importing. How do I fix this? I would not want to have double occurrences of files/images. Is there a safe and sure-fire way of rectifying it. This a snippet of some of the errors:
