Hi. Regarding the license issue, If you are using the same domain name, then there shouldn’t be any issues. If there is an unexpected problem, we can check and apply the necessary changes. Don’t worry about that. For the connection issue, it seems that your server can not communicate with our servers. This seems to be related to your server in general and not specific to the connection between your server and ours.

Hello, I bought the theme yesterday, but I have some problems. I downloaded the Demo Modern Blog 1. I wanted to edit Modern Blog with WP Bakery because I know it better. Now I had to find out that the start page does not look like Elementor. Why and what can I do?
2nd At the top of the start page is a Master Slider, if I want to change the category it doesn’t show me my category but the one from the News plugin. I had already set up my categories and posts before buying the theme. How can I change it to my posts and categories?

Hi, about the demo I have to say all the demos are using Elementor and we removed the Wpbakery version since Elementor is far way better. If your imported demo is not like our live demo please submit a ticket and maybe provide us a temporary account we will try to check and fix it for you. Hello, I think it’s not a good service, there should have been a hint that the demo only runs with Elementor and not with Wpbackery. On the theme sales page they also advertise with WPbackery and that’s why I bought it. I work very well with WPbackery and have great results. How do I get the demos with WPbackery now?

Hi, No Elementor Pro is a subscription service and you cannot find any theme that have Elementor Pro included. We use Elementor free and all of our demos are using only Elementor free and we have added our own Elements to it. So it is totally up to you to buy Elementor pro as well or not.

Hello, I would like to highlight a bug also present in your demo landing app, in the mobile version. (https://demo.phlox.pro/app-landing2/) the hamburger menu containing the Anchor links does not close after clicking on an item in the menu, it means closing it manually and it is very uncomfortable and confusing. I am taking a look at the modern Shop Demo, with the homepage slider on mobile, and it looks like the white text background cover the sliders images… Is that how its supposed to be…?

[Fonts / Typography] When I installed one of the demos the typography options had been set in Appearance > Typography, but I see that this will soon be depreciated and that I should use General > Typography
The problem is that the options in General > Typography do not do anything. I really need to be able to control the typography on desktop, tablet and mobile. There are little icons for switching devices in Elementor (using the Customizer section) but they don’t seem to work.
How can I make these options work? Thanks.
Hi. Please notice that the new typography options in the General menu of the Customizer panel are working properly and there are effective expect when you override them in Elemntor. Let’s say you add a text block in Elementor and change the typography using the options in the Style tab for that widget. In this case, the settings that you set in the Customizer panel will no longer be effective for that block.
This is normally the case for the demos because almost all of the contents are added in the Elementor and their styles are set there. There is a simple solution for that. You can clear the typography of the text widget on your page (when editing in Elementor) and they will follow the settings that you set in the Customizer.
Also please note that it would be better if you use our Averta Help Center for your issue next time.

For now, please let me explain further. I noticed that the H1 tag on the Checkout page on Mobile is huge and doesn’t fit on the screen. I navigated to Customizer > General > Typography > H1 section and clicked on the mobile icon. I moved the slider to something smaller e.g. 20px but it doesn’t change. When I use the Inspect Elements tool in Google Chrome I see that the size is still using the default 52px for desktop. THAT is what I want to change.
Another example. I went to the About Us page from the demo. I removed the formatting for the H1 tag inside Elementor and then went to Customizer > General > Typography > H1 section. When I change the font size nothing happens.

I think I found the answer. There was a rule set on the page title in additional CSS. It must have been imported with the demo.

7 days ago Flag Hi, I am so sorry to hear that but I have to say all the images that we used are from Envato Elements and our own. for the ones that are from Envato Elements, we are not allowed to pass them to our customers and it is same for all of the themes that used licensed images. Most of the themes on popular page of themeforest are also same as us and the images are all watermarked. can you please share some of those that has no watermark on the images?

Dear RankingCanada, I really thanks for your info. But please note that the demo purpose is mostly dummy data and people are going to replace them with their own content and images. By the way we used the images from Envato Elements which you may know they are in high quality and the price of its subscription is $30 I guess. And if you have subscription you can simply sing in and all the images is going to import with no watermark.

Hi, Yes you can import a demo and all the demos are avaiable in Elementor. but please note that the images have watermark, and you cannot use them but if you have Envato elements subscription you can simply sync it before importing a demo then all the images imports without watermark.
