Yes, I am able to see those who requested for teachers but where do I see their details like the form asks for Phone Number and Message.

We appreciate you check carefully as we only can see two email threads with titles-

“Unable to See Register/Login options on Profile page”

We received the first email on June 22 & replied on the same day. Then we received your second email on 23 June & replied on the same day. After that, you replied the same day with following text-

“Thank you. It’s working now. This is very helpful.”

You weren’t following the theme documentation carefully and then we replied to you with the doc link which you needed to follow.

And the second email thread title was-

“Don’t see Certificatet option in 3.6”

We received your email on June 29 at 10:24 PM & then replied on June 30 at 11:03 AM! (our timezone)

You were asking for the certificate option enabling for Learnpress and then we replied to check the theme doc link from your email as that describes the whole process of certificate management on eCademy! By reading the theme doc link for the certificate, it’s quite easy to understand that the theme isn’t using any centralized option/feature from the Learnpress to enable/disable the certificate feature. It’s working separately and the doc link describes best!

We saw that you posted a comment that we replied after 48 hours with wrong answer but we think the comment saying incorrect info and we appreciate item buyers act professionally & share helpful comments.

You’re so pathetic and unprofessional and you’re telling me to be professional?! WOW.

First of all, on your site, you have support link which points to a form https://www.screencast.com/t/SEOOzLEKgTO

Which clearly indicates that this is the way to get support. I sent the queries via that form.

Secondly, you do not have a proper support system (like forum/ticketing system etc.) and customers have to get support via email and it’s not possible to keep track of the issues.

Thirdly, you waste more time on justifying yourself here on comments and proving yourself right than putting a little more effort into resolving customer issues.

Forth, who told you to share the private email conversations publicly is professional?

But I’m really disappointed seeing how you guys handle the support. I still have many issues which are not yet reported. For example, I had to add ThimPress Certificate Plugin to be able to access the certificate option as I couldn’t find your Certificate option and you never guided me about that.

When a course is completed, a pop up appears covering the whole screen which seems like broken…like the message is at the top while the cross button is at the bottom. Will share that as well PUBLICLY soon like you share customer emails in the comments.

Now, I really don’t want to be a cause of any damage to you, but I’m sorry I have to reduce 1 star and I’ll keep posting my issues in the comments as well “being helpful” to other customers!. And I’ll keep reducing a star if I get the same attitude.
