Hey there, I have some issues. I really hope, you will understand my problems, my English isn’t perfect (Greetings from Germany 
) Generally I like Sena. It’s a pretty nice theme and kind of exactly what I need…but:
I tried several times, but I can’t update the theme. I don’t know why…I really think, I use the right file (Sena.zip???) but there is always this „css sheet style“ error.
I thought, the theme is fully responsive? But the parallax effect doesn’t work on mobiles. How can I fix this? Or is there a bug or anything else? On my Mac it looks perfect.
Wordpress reports, that the WPBakery plugin is required to be updated to be compatible with the theme. But it is not possible. Do I really need to purchase a license to work on? I thought, the builder would be included?

You can update it by sena.zip. You should be notified in WP admin for plugin updates, too.
The sena.zip doesn’t work. Sorry. Always the same error. I don’t have an English version…but here it is. Installation failed. I bought two licenses and in both Wordpress accounts it doesn’t work.

If you download installable file, don’t unzip and install it directly.
If you download all files, unzip and install sena.zip.

You should change upload max size higher than 2MB. In order to do it, you can connect your hosting provider.

It works perfectly! Thank you! however, I do have some questions: in your demo, you show a google maps at the bottom of the page, after the “get in touch” part. My question is, if I decided not to show the maps, how can I hide the whitespace between the “get in touch” part and the footnote menu? I need the get in touch directly aligned to the footnote menus, is that possible?

Hi Athena, in your demo there is a “Team” section, I need to show this section later on, yet as our team is still new, I would like to hide it temporarily. Is there any way to do it? Hiding the section without removing it, because I intend to show it again sometime in the near future. Please advise

You need to edit “Sena Theme Features” plugin to change it. Open Plugins / Plugin Editor. Select “Sena Theme Features”. Open shortcodes/class.shortcodes.php and search for “Share” function.

This theme is broken. In browser tab it shows “attention sign”, and I’ve received e-mail from WordPress, which says “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” and “In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Sena.”. So, I want a refund.

I changed a function name to “sena_add_metabox” which is in the plugin and called from theme.

How to disable sticky header? Seems like a bug.

Hello, im having some issue with the pages of the portfolio section when i edit individual portfolio items there, namely the wpbakery page builder does not start up and i can’t edit the images in that section, any advice on what i should do?
