I created new genre, added movie and showtime, but I can’t find the show in https://www.cineandplay.com/weekly-showtime-ajax/. It is for 14th and 15th of May.
I would open a ticket but your support is really slow and I don’t have time to wait, my client is waiting. Maybe this way you would be faster.
I opened many tickets, but your answers are so slow. I have a deadline and I need your support. You have login data.
Please check your mobile site for Now playing page, everything is messed up, the movie poster is cut, the yellow stars are not positioned good, showtime doesn’t look good on the right side. I described everything with screenshot in the ticket.
Imdb import doesn’t work although I configured API key.
Weekly showtime ajax looks bad on mobile site, the days are not aligned and they use too much space.
Your theme is poorly responsive, yet you advertise that it is fully responsive.

I want when I choose list NOW PLAYING that there are all movies that are showing NOW, meaning from today to end date. I have a movie that starts performing TODAY and it is NOT in the list NOW PLAYING. How is that possible? Please correct this, this doesn’t make any sense.
Other question – what is the meaning of TODAY movie type? Put yourself in the position of the customer – does he want to know when you started to show the movie (start date) or does he want to know what movies are showing TODAY? Please correct this nonsense, we are movie theater that sell tickets to customers and they need to be informed correctly.

Now, function display movie by now playing, comming soon work follow as:
We have 2 option start date & end date in each movie
In all our shortcode display movie, we have option name movie type.
This options have 5 option :
1. Today : Movie have start date = Current date.
2. Now playing : Movie have start date < current date < end date
3. Comming Soon : Movie have start date < current date
4. Old movie : Movie have end date < current date
5. All Movie : display all movie.
This’s our function, so if you have other ideas or want other function, please send us ticket with full details or concept, we will check for you.

I have a movie that has start date today and in the list NOW PLAYING I can’t find it. That is a bug and I want that you correct it. The movie that has showtime TODAY must be in the list NOW PLAYING. The same thing is in Weekly schedule. I don’t have that showtime today because it has start date today.

You can use plugin loco translate to translate theme or we have guide for translate as :
To translate the theme, please translate in two language files in theme/amy-movie/language and plugins/amy-movie-extends/language
you need to use Poedit software to translate: https://poedit.net/
- after translate.file amy-movie.pot in themes/amy-movie/language, you will save in two files with the name: it.mo and it.po (please change “it” to the prefix of your own language), then copy back those files into folder: themes/amy-movie/language
- after translate file amy-movie-extend.pot in plugins/amy-movie-extend/languages => please change the name of this file to amy-movie-extend-it_IT (please change “it_IT” to the prefix of your own language) => copy into folder: wp-content/languages/plugins/
