Hello .. Good night is there any way on the tours page to translate to a language other than English from the tabs, column “Find You destination” and in the information fields, if I change to another language it will also change to English. Can you help me

Once I activate the WPBakery page builder it causes a 500 Internal Server Error, I have to disbale all plugins by renaming them through ftp to get my site to work.

I tried importing the demo without activating WPBakery, but nothing happens, it doesn’t work.

I also can’t use your support, when I try to submit a ticket at: https://qodeinteractive.com/submit-a-request/ it says site can’t be reached.

Please note that our theme has not been tested with this plugin and we simply cannot guaranty theme compatibility for the same reason. Currently, only PayPal is implemented as a method of payment. You could disable PayPal within theme options and email your customers to arrange payment in a different way.

Instagram developers have made some changes to their API.

Our devs are working on a solution.

Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

Hi, I have a problem with editing the home page. There are some dummy text i want to edit but they are nowhere to be found, I have searched everywhere for the lorem ipsum dolor si amet consecteur texts and i cannot find them. Can you please tell me where to go to edit them? When i do view page source i see them in the source, but when i try to access my index in file manager it’s empty and says silence is golden please help. This is delaying the job for the client.

Before I buy your theme… can I have different prices on a tour? In example, a price for adult, a price for child and free for infant.

You could set price and discount price per tour and there are not other price settings also, you can set different prices for different booking periods for a tour but there is no option to have different price set as you wish.

I am building a event booking webpage that only member are allowed to join.

In the event booking page, is it possible to display the attendee information and profile? Like who has registered the event already. This is very important because the potential customer can check who has registered and taken part in the event already, so other users can check the attendee profile and photos.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. Check out Getaway’s user dashboard by signing in from the front end of the demo website with the following credentials

Username: test Password: test

So, we are using our Select Membership and Select Tour plugins. And you are able to create tours that could be free or paid, and for which you could enable paypal as online payment https://www.screencast.com/t/GDzHhrFj or if you disable it, your customers could book the tour and then you will arrange payment personally.

However you could not from the frontend see who has booked a tour nor display the attendee information and profile. This could be possibly handled by a 3rd party plugin, however we cannot guaranty the compatibility with our theme as it has not been tested but you can always try it out on your end.
