Can you include a newer version of WPBakery? With updates it’s giving issues/not showing the editor correctly. I have couple themes made by you and have no toher issues, the server is the same so I think it’s not a problem in my end.

I’ve had so much difficulty with this theme. I got it from Envato Elements and their documentation didn’t help. Then bought it thinking the for sale theme wouldn’t have as many issues.
Also it’s not really compatible with Wordpress.com, but they don’t mention that in the actual description. Biggest waste of money!

I asked a yes/no question. Because I stopped working yesterday and start talking about going for a refund with my client as the first thing I try to modify can’t take that long to figure it out… I don’t wan to image how will be to implement a ecommerce if changing a color is so twist.

The theme is fully compatible with the latest WP version as we have included Themerex Updater plugin in the theme package. The plugin allows to update all bundled plugins in the Dashboard whenever a new plugin update is released. New theme version will be released in a while.

Unfortunately I had that problem already once and I solved it after a long time of surching the problem and went back to old versions of some of my undersides by activating an older form of it. This time it did not help. Meanwhile I contacted a friend (who is a professional Html programmer) who told me to update the theme and also worldpress. So he helped me to make a backup of the side and updated the theme to version 1.3 and also the version of worldpress to 5.4 . The webside is working, but the problem is still there, the whole process it did not help. He told me he cannot do anything more for me and now I have to contact you. As the wpbakery page builder in integrated in the theme I cannot update it by myself. At the moment I have Version 6.0.2 installed. The side tells me to actualize it to version 6.2. But I cannot do it, because I have no permission to do so, because of the Integration of the wpbakery page builder. After trying it it tells me that to receive automatic updates license activation is required and I do not have it because it is inside the theme I bought. Now I am really desperate because nothing helps any more to solve the problem with the WPbakery page builder. Can you please tell me what I can do and give me advices to solve the problem?
