We are currently using the “Fashion V3” theme for our website and have successfully set it up. At this stage, we’re trying to implement the basic overlay pop-up feature for the product comparison functionality.

To replicate this layout, we would like to know how to disable or prevent the advanced table JavaScript (DataTables) from being applied to the compare table on our site.
Please note that we have already purchased the premium version of the YITH Compare plugin, but the design still doesn’t match what’s shown in your demo.
I’ve also sent an email regarding this issue but haven’t received a response. Therefore, I’m posting here publicly in hopes of getting assistance. A public reply would also benefit others who may face the same issue.

Hallo, sehr gerne aber ich kann keine Screenshots in den Kommentar hochladen. Mir sind auch noch weitere Dinge aufgefallen:
1. Ich verwende wegen der DSGVO ein separates Plugin für die Möglichkeit zum Teilen der Blogartikel. Das bedeutet ich muss die Social Media Buttons im Theme selber deaktivieren. Wie ist das möglich? In den Einstellungen finde ich dazu nichts. 2. Die aktuellste Version von WordPress Commerce ist mit diesem Theme nicht kompatibel. 3. Die aktuellste WordPress Version ist mit diesem Theme nicht kompatibel. 4. Die aktuellste Version von codestar framework ist mit diesem Theme nicht kompatibel. 5. Das Theme wurde laut Changelog das letzte Mal im Juni 2020 angepasst und davor das letzte Mal im Januar 2019 und davor 2018.
Ich halte meine Plugins und WordPress Version immer aktuell und mit diesem Theme kann aber nicht garantiert werden, dass meine Seite dann vernünftig funktioniert. Ich kann aber die Updates auch nicht einfach weglassen, da das eine sehr hohe Gefahr für Hacker ist. Insbesondere wenn ich Woocommerce nicht updaten kann. Das Sicherheitsrisiko mit diesem Theme ist mir zu hoch. Gerne zeige ich noch Screenshots, dass die Bilder im responsiven Design nicht angepasst werden. Aber wie mache ich das? Liebe Grüße Josy

You are installing wrong file. Please unzip the zip file you got and there is a another zip file named as rab.zip this is the file you will need to install.
OR
Please download only the installable file from the download section: https://prnt.sc/vaiak5 and install this file.

I see there is a theme update from June, but my current installed RAB theme is not indicating there is an update. How do I go about installing the update without taking the site down? Do I download the files and attempt to install – or won’t that be rejected because the files are already on the site? I’m just a bit confused on how to make the update. Can you please advise? Thanks.

I have another issue, which I can’t solve and hoping you can point me in the right direction. My website is working just fine, but suddenly it no longer works on tablet devices. Doesn’t make any sense. Works fine on mobile, laptop & desktop…but it crashes on tablet devices or doesn’t display properly at all.
How can this be? Can you please help?

It just doesn’t make sense – it works on mobile, laptop, desktop, etc. But I tried again today on a whole different network on a friend’s iPad (that has never been on the site before) and it wouldn’t load at all. Will there be an update for this theme given updates to Wordpress and particularly WooCommerce????? Also, WP Bakery and Slider Revolution are highly outdated versions.

The dummy content didn’t carry over but the template was intact with all the images that show dimensions – I’m not sure if that was the dummy content? Anyway, the slider did not appear and it says I need to purchase slider revolution. How do I get the slider from the template?

No you do not need to purchase Slider Revolution, the plugin comes along with the theme. But if you want to have your own license then yes you will need to purchase.

I’m experiencing difficulty with the shop page sorting menu. When clicking on sort by price ‘high to low’ or ‘low to high’ the products do not rearrange. Is this a Woocommerce issue?

This issues should not be there might be because of any third party plugin conflict with the feature. Have you checked by disabling other third party plugins?

The menus did not carry over for me. There is no Footer menu and it isn’t listed in Customization. Also the main menu drops down as a list rather than the large span.

1. The main level Mega menu needs to be reconfigured from the Appearance > Menu 2. Footer menu you can set the menu’s from Appearance > Widget section.
