How can i disable mobile version of theme? I need a way to make it desktop view on all devices.

Our theme and all included plugins are responsive and don’t have a separate mobile version. It is not possible to disable the responsiveness completely.

Hey. I’ve been really happy with your theme, but one plugin causes weird phenomenon on backend editor. When I’m setting wpbakery to backend editor mode so there is all contents on editor which attached to right side of the screen into a narrow element. Is it solvable or is it only too big conflict between plugin and theme? Is this new problem for you? Thank you.

Hi, I have 2 questions 1 – I want to report a bug. Mobile bottom navbar menu sorting can’t be saved. I’m choosing mobile bottom navbar items. But when I click to save, it sorts menu items itself. You can check it. 2- I wanted to write support but seem as expired. Then I tried to renew my support from here. I have two license for your theme. Now it says you have to pay for double license. But I bought second license for future. I don’t use it. Now have to I pay for 2 license ? It’s not fair

Hello Xtemos After updating to version 5.0, the additional pages menu and base import from woodmart menu no longer appear. I tried to disable all the plugins but it didn’t work. I hope you have a solution to this. Thank you

Hello, I am simply pointing out a problem with the pro version of Elementor and more particularly the “Theme builder”. If I create a template for a custom post type, Woodmart delete this template to display by default the template of a post.

When you select “Don’t use” then our theme doesn’t load any Font awesome styles at all. Note that it may come from the installed WPBakery page builder or from other plugins.

We understand it’s a bug from last update… the same time, instagram images change their look on API setup, it’s not posible to set up the image size, always show the image with big size.

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Losses focus selection with swatches. https://www.vainsmon.es/tienda/sanitarios/tapa-de-wc-villeroy-boch-omnia-compatible/. I searched for a solution, but this issue was fixed long time ago: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/23759.Why now is happening this issue?

In product variation, if swatches are enabled, product variation options lose focus when changed.

On product variation, when i change swatches option, all the focused options selected DISSAPEAR. Thats a bug. Only when i press to CLEAR, all selected options still hold correctly.

We see that you have customized it a lot and it may be the reason for that. Please, remove all your customizations, switch to parent theme and disable all plugins to check what is wrong. As for the new feature, it is better to enable and see how it works on the product page with our swatches.

Nice theme! I have couple of questions. 1-Is there any way we can reduce the image area to 40% and description area to 60% on product page? Currently both are set to 50%.

You can also ask your hosting provider to restore some backup on your server. There are no other ways to restore your data if you reset everything to defaults.
