Can you create a support ticket with your site url & admin credentials or an FTP account to access your server site. We need turn on debug mode to see the critical error. Also we need you check PHP version info as well before check the theme core can compatible with your hosting.

So, sorry our theme is not support RTL. But it use standard css, you can install a RTL plugin to have 80% applied.

Hi, It is locally plugin, when you upload overwrite main theme, newest helper plugin version ready in there. You can remove the old in Plugins manager, then install it again from notice message or Appearance-> install plugins.

Which plugins are out of date ? We only fix plugin to work with current support theme version and wordpress version. Please note that WP have been upgrade to 6.0 we still not test for it and almost other plugins not sure compatible with it.

To update the WPBakery plugin, you can deactivate and delete it from Plugin manager then install it again from theme required plugin message or go to Appearance -> install plugins.

1. when open the “Analytics” module is blank, prompting: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
2. But when I look at the case product, the articles in the text box are all white background, and prompt: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.
3. When I publish articles and products, the input box is inoperable. I used to test the installation with another domain name. After deleting it, I changed another domain name. Does this have any effect?
I can’t send pictures here, so I don’t know if you can understand my description. I tried to search and solve it myself, but it didn’t work. I didn’t install other plugins or upgrade plugins. My wordpress version is 5.3 and the problem still exists.

I think I have found the cause of the problem. After I close the WooCommerce plugin, everything is OK, so is there a compatible WooCommerce plugin?

Now its OK, I don’t know why, I just upgraded WooCommerce4.6.0 to the latest version 4.8, then its Ok now, the error is gone, amazing, why?

Some extends module still did not compatible with newest woocommerce version, so you should check both Update logs from that plugin and theme too to ensure you can update WooCommerce version.
Only one function not work in PHP it will make your site in blank or display message “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”, because that is production mode of WordPress if you enable DEBUG mode it will show the error info for dev can check the reason.
Now, I am using the latest version, WooCommerce4.8, when i am setting up the WooCommerce, prompt this error message:

Ah that is Wizard setup steps to you can have overview about WooCommerce store, may be they change it on new version. But this should be run from first time ?

The error message is not clear, it not say where the file make the error, we should ask for woocommerce support.

you should really consider optimising the mobile version it is not mobile friendly att all , and also for the my account page and button , the UI of these two elements are too weak i really hope you create a mobile home page optimised and a good user interface for my account and add a login sign up button in header instead of side icons

You can use LiteSpeed Cache as our demo site. It working very well to speed up your site about 5s to load. Other choice you can use Fastest cache plugin and Smush plugin to optimize all images in your system.

No need any plugin for deals products. If you setup some sale products with schedule off sale date, you can use our Products Specify Block in WPbakery Page Builder to output product deals type.

Sorry, Our theme only compatible with standard WooCommerce system and user WPBakery Page Builder to manage home pages content. I think it can not compatible with other extensions to build content data.

1. The warning that only you still have no category in WooCommerce Products.
2. Autocomplete search we need to check your site having js error or not.
3. We have no options to hide search by categories, but you can hide it easily by css.

hi i purchased theme and got few errors…while importing data i am getting below 2 failures .. “Failed to import action-group wc_update_product_lookup_table” “Failed to import action-group woocommerce-db-updates”

At first you can see the form id you set in Theme options -> Newsletter popup. Then it is Mailchimp form id. So, You need config your list on MailChimp service to save all email entered from customers. This service is the most popular at the moment to save & tracking subscriber on website.
