I’m from Brazil, and here the classifieds sites have some features aside, so I would like to know the following: 1- Is it possible to allow advertisers to include videos in their ads? How to make? 2- Is it possible to insert the option to share the ads via WhatsApp, because nowadays everything is via Whats App? How to make? I await your answers. Hi there, Thanks for your theme. It is really nice. The question is: How can I have SVG images be uploaded? Currently we can upload only JPG, JPEG and PNG. But I want to have SVG to be uploaded. I have changed WP core files and I can upload it to the WP library but your script does not accept it. Please advise. Thanks.

As WordPress default don’t allow SVG so we don’t keep it. It is security risk to allow SVG image upload from font end.
You need to customize our plugin code if you want to allow it. mail support@radiustheme.com we will tell which file.

Few questions which are basic as to your theme. One If I recall you already can add additional URL/website link fields? Two, what I want to know is can I use Locations and then say for example under California as to your demo you show a few cities, but can I say California – Southern Region similar to how Craigslist is doing locations. Then, also since some chains have multiple locations – wonder if you can do Nationwide as a location. I like that you used location vs. state and a simple pull down menu. If your allowed to lets say use Illinois and create additional locations like Cities starting with A = this will work. Under the store category does it search by the store name since in the demo its not keying off the word Radius and furthermore for what I want to do = want people to find ones eBay store and other seller venues by typing in the user ID or also do a search by their store name also. Do let me know since I’m using classiera and the search function for what I want to accomplish isn’t up to par.
Does this theme support commence payment gateway
By default we have offline, paypal, stripe & authorze.net payment gateway. Also support WooCommerce payment gateway if need others than this 4 gateways.

hello, after new user registers the page refreshes so fast that user cant see at the bottom ‘Check mail for confirmation Link’. hello i encountered an issue now. In classified listing in wp dashboard under payment history how do i update status of pending payments to completed so that users can see that the payment has been confirmed. I dont see that option in edit. I only see publish, private,pending review and draft and when i clicked on publish and update, in the user dashboard frontend, the payment history wiped and user wasn’t notified that payment has been confirmed
From admin end can change payment status. From front end not possible.

Hello , I need to customize permalink of product to be a number, not a slug from a title becuause I use for non-latin slugs website. OK. It will be better if the slug is a number . I have changed permalink in setting but It doesn’t work with your theme.

I have purchased “Classima classified ads” and there is a huge issue with it about—- “locations.” In the admin there are only five locations, California, Kansas, Louisiana,....I need all the locations and states to be uploaded it. There are 50 states and each state in USA has so many cities. how is this going to work,? It will be insane to add mechanically one state at the time with thousands of cities to be added one at the time. I think is impossible. Customers will not be able to place ads since location is not configured. More importantly i would like to make international classified ads, therefore need to have other countries, cities… How can countries, states and cities be added automatically or configured? Hi, I’ve already set the contact form setting with emails etc.. But when I want to use the contact form at the theme to send a test mail, I got this error message at the website: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” With an error orange frame … the contact-form-7 FAQ mention is could be a spam error but how to go to my own spam settings at this contact-form to avoid loosing contacts from mey clients ?
