Is there currently a way to disable “Add to cart” button on the releases page? I don’t use woocomerce and unfortunately I no longer have access to the support forums.

Sure, please see the page options > release tab below the text editor and remove the “Buy URL” and/or WooCommerce product fields.

I see the release tab under the text editor on the individual release pages, and I see the Woocomerce ID field and it says “Woocomerce is not installed” and there is no option to change it. I am using the the “Buy” field for a Beatport link, but on the front end there are two buy buttons, one for Beatport, and one to “add to cart” which takes the user back to the front page. Am I looking in the right place?
First, be sure there is no caching issue involved and that there is no button in your page content. The Add to cart button should be there only if you have linked your release to a WooCommerce product. It

Thanks for the quick reply. I have the Woocomerce plugin disabled on my site. Should I completely uninstall it? On the release page, I have the other fields filled in with links to other sources (Spotify, Amazon, Beatport, etc.) Here is the link to one of my releases with the add to cart button: https://djandrewford.com/release/high-life/ I have the following fields filled in for this release: “iTunes”, “Amazon”, “Spotify”, “Buy (any link where the release can be purchased)”. Therefore I would expect only 4 buttons to show, but on this release I have 5 buttons, the extra button being the “add to cart” button. Here is a second example: https://djandrewford.com/release/urban-session-2020-part-2/ For this release, none of the buy fields are filled in, but there is still an add to cart button.

I recommend choosing the design the most. But if you need more label-related features, such as artist pages, I suggest Phase.

Hello,
I am using Wolf Gram plugin with Loud theme on my site to display newly uploaded photos from the instagram account. These newly uploaded photos on instagram are not displayed if I don’t purge all caches manually from W3 Total Cache.
On W3 Total Cache I have enabled: Page cache, Minify, Browser cache, CDN
Which setting on Wolf Gram or W3 Total Cache should I change in order for newly uploaded photos on the instagram account to get displayed on the site via the instagram feed without having to purge caches manually?
W3 Total Cache support has replied this:
‘Can you please check in your Instagram feed plugin the following: Try going to Instagram Feed > Settings > Customize. Scroll down until you find “Cache error API recheck” and Force cache to clear on the interval (near the bottom of the page) and see if those settings are enabled.’
On Wolf Gram plugin there is no such setting.

Instagram requires to implement a cache in every app. But if you go in the instagram settings panel and hit the save button, it should flush the cache.

Does this mean that if I hit save in Wolf gram settings, the cache will be flashed and newly uploaded photos on instagram will be displayed from there onwards?
Or, I need to hit save every time there is a newly uploaded photo on instagram for new photos to appear via Wolf Gram?
I am in touch with W3 Total Cache support to receive an update from them too with regards to your feedback too.

The instagram cache and W3 Total Cache are 2 different things.
Once you post on instagram, your feed should be updated automatically and the cache flushed after about an hour, so you shouldn’t have to worry about it except if you want to force to update the images.
For W3 Total Cache I suggest setting it to flush the cache in regular interval like one or twice a day.

Indeed they are two different caches.
I am trying to find out if there is an API error or a setting that should be changed on Wolf Gram, or a cache setting of W3 Total Cache that I should set.
I want the images of Wolf Gram’s feed to update automatically everytime there is a new upload.
If Wolf Gram’s feed fluses its cache every hour, then W3 Total Cache’s cache creates the issue of new uploaded photos not displaying on Wolf Gram’s feed.
I’ve asked W3 Total Cache support for their appropriate setting.

Hello. I’m trying to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin by deleting it and then manually uploading the js_composer.zip file from the theme folder. I also disabled Gutenburg as instructed. When doing so, the site goes black.
How can I update this plugin? I’m trying to set a page role as Shop Manager, but it’s not working. I want to make sure all plugins are updated while troubleshooting.

Hello. I have tired changing the webpage description from customize, but it seems like it won’t change. I added more writing in Tagline, but it’s not showing. ie – when I paste the webpage into WhatsApp I would like to see a brief description of what we do.
I also would like to change the main picture link to the webpage when sharing. i.e. When I copy and paste my webpage on WhatsApp it comes with the pictures of the astronaut. How do I change that?

The page title and description set in the customizer is for the homepage only.
Also, if you use a SEO plugin such Yoast SEO, the description, page title and image can be set for each page. Be sure to double check the option, below your page editor.

Hello, after a wp update to 5.3 and a server migration, the theme seems to lost all the options, is there a file with these option? I’ve already try to overwrite the wp_options table with the original one, and i’m using a child theme. To be more precise the settings that you can customize via Dashboard->Appearance->Customize are all gone

There is no option to create a sample of your mp3 file at the moment but you can choose to upload “cut” version of your songs and add links to purchase the full version of the track.

Hello,
I am using Polylang and Loud Theme. Cookie pll_language does not detect the correct content language of a bilingual website (Greek/English) resulting on displaying some option strings of a booking form only in one language. This issue started appearing consistently after the latest Loud theme update.
A wpml-config.xml file has been created with the code for the option strings. It has been checked by the booking software support and it is correctly configured.
Could you please check if there is an incompatibility issue for Polylang with Loud theme?
I have contacted the support of the booking system and they did a server test on their side with that problem not occuring. They suggested me to contact Polylang and Loud Theme support. Polylang has not responded yet.

There were no significant changes in the last update besides the one listed in the changelog. Updated WooCommerce templates version (3.6.4) Updated WPBakery Page Builder (6.0.3) Updated Slider Revolution (5.4.8.1)
Not all strings are translatable via the theme. A lot of strings must be translated via the plugins that come with the theme.
As all strings are translatable (ThemeForest requirement) you should be able to create a multilingual website.
I didn’t test the theme with Polylang so not sure what the issue could be.

Thank you for your support and answer. I found what is causing the problem. Autoptimize plugin is making cookie pll_language not switching according to language. I will contant their support.
Solution: Autoptimize advises to exclude Polylang’s JS from JavaScript optimization.
