Morning. You can disable the block via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Listings Single > Content Layout > drag “What’s Nearby” to the Disabled column > Save Settings

Glad to hear it. The other option will enable/disable some functionality but to remove it from the single listing view the other block needs to also be disabled.

You need to get an API key https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/ click “Get Started” (upper right) and add a payment method since they changed their whole set up but you still get it for free and add via WordPress Admin > Real Estate 7 Options > Google Maps, some screenshots https://cl.ly/38100p2M2j0i enable just the following APIs:
- JavaScript Maps
- Geocoding
- Places APIs

Morning, unfortunately that’s not really possible as plugins don’t use the same hierarchy and override as the parent > child relationships available with themes. You would need to make the modifications to the plugin itself which is not recommended.
understand you have made 5 demo for the elementor, but another 4 are mean for CT IDX Pro, hope can see more other beside demo 1. 
Morning. The other four just happen to be running the CT IDX Pro plugin to feed MLS data into the site, that plugin is 100% optional and those demos can be used without it.

The images pulled through are the ones uploaded to the listings themselves recommend using larger/higher quality resolutions if you’re noticing pixelation, suggest 1240px wide.

Morning, just that block and it doesn’t have to be in any particular order. Its also enabled via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Listings Search > Enable Listing Creation Date? set to Yes, if needed.
I’ve got both of those enabled and it shows on the ct listings module but not on the single listings. Even cut out my custom css styles as a test and reverted to the ‘OG’ listing style. I’ll shoot you a message in a bit, I’m likely over looking something.

I did see that the block was there, however I’ve removed all the CSS and deleted cache, and used a private browser and it’s still not showing. The block however is there.
I’ve left all custom css out for the moment.
Is that tied to a particular color in the create a skin?
The listing sub nav is actually covering it up, you can use this in Real Estate 7 Options > Custom CSS

Once you’ve activated that plugin do the following;
1. Go to Dashboard (upper left of your WordPress admin)

I’d check with your hosts support and make sure the settings have taken effect some hosts have limits set. If the demo doesn’t look just like the one you chose your server is still timing out unfortunately.

2. Front end listing Can Broker, Agent & Seller have permissions changed? In front end setup of Broker, Agent & Seller can I set up for example: “Sellers” do not have the option of “Extra profile Information” ? Also can a separate fields be visible for just a Broker?
3. Can I assign Free listings to just “Sellers” and have paid Membership / Packages for “Brokerage & Agents”?
4. Can Memberships be upgraded with remaining credit added to their upgraded new package or do they need to use up the first package first?
5. Are there systems set up for expiring listings? Eg a week before expiring a reminder email of the listing to expire or upgrade?

1. Yes, do offer setup, customization and development services if needed.
2. The seller role has the same permissions of agent and broker so they share the extra profile information but that conditional can be modified.
3. That could be done by modifying the packages output with a condition based on the role and package price.
4. Any new package purchased is fresh the previous package doesn’t apply.
5. It’s not setup for expiring listing alerts, they just get a notification in the admin when they’ve reached the limit or the time has expired and to upgrade or purchase another.
6. The auto publish or require admin approval option is global, to do it conditionally could be done but is a bit complicated.

1- Search Package Orders – By User & User Email.
2- Search Listings – By User Name, User Email & User.
3 – Search Users – By User.

Hi Chris, one last thing please. I have selected SVG marker on the search instead of PNG but still, the code is showing the green cluster-icon.png. So the color can’t be changed since its an image. I’m using Siteground and the site is cached properly. ?
Hi. That’s your server cache, it’ll need to be cleared can talk with Siteground support on that.
Thanks – I spoke to Siteground and everything including Cloudflare has been cached (memcached, dynamic cache & NGINX DIRECT DELIVERY). I have tried re-installing the theme and still no SVG option.
All you need to do is update the theme to the latest version the SVG option was released a few months ago.

Also the physical options are in Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Listings Search.
I have the latest theme (Version: 3.0.2) and the option to choose SVG under Listing Search but still its a PNG. My caching system is clear. Are there any other possibilities?
If you’re still not seeing the changes your definitely getting served cached pages and scripts, I’d try disabling Cloudflare and Sitegrounds Server Level Caching then test again.

Hi there, It’s a fresh install of Wordpress, and the only other plugin (other than those installed automatically by the theme) is Wordfence. I have now deactivated Wordfence, and still no luck. Any ideas why it would do this on a new installation of Wordpress and a fresh install of wp real estate?
I don’t sorry, there’s nothing in the theme or associated plugins to cause loading behavior like that.
Just tried disabling all the plugins and renabling them one-by-one, and it seems the culprit is the Fusion Builder plugin. The site loads fine with Fusion Builder disabled. Would this be a hosting issue with Site Ground? Or is it a problem with your plug in?
I’m not personally familiar with Fusion Builder its not something that’s packaged with the theme.

Hi, it would require modifications via the child theme or you can try to change the “More” text string via the free Loco Translate plugin create an English “translation” file then you’ll be able to change any of the themes strings to whatever you’d like same goes for my Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts plugin or theme. Hi i have few problems with them
1) Theme editor is not working somehow theme is causing a fault and when I’m trying to use an editor I’m getting an error: “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”
I add already PHP ini file which supposed to solve it but now edition is available only in problem solving mode.

- Sounds like a code change you made is incorrect and causing a fatal error to be thrown, First thing check out https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/ If that doesn’t show whats causing the error then contact your hosting provider and check out the raw server error logs. Please keep in mind these types of things are outside the scope of the normal support.
- Again not something covered under normal support, you’ll need to talk with your hosting provider the theme itself doesn’t use the REST API.
- That’s a simple htaccess/permalink error, just need to resave your permalinks and you’ll be all set check out this KB article https://contempo.ticksy.com/article/5977/ but if you’ve already tried all that you’ll need to connect to your server via FTP and delete the .htaccess file > test with plain > then go back into your WordPress admin and set your permalinks again.

I can not install this theme due to max_execution_time exceeded error. Your recommendation is 40000 which is quite unusual for hosting providers.
Mine is limited to 50s and the SiteGround GoGeek plan is 120s (chatted with their support). Why such this huge difference between your recommendation and realty?
Is there a workaround to bypass this error and install the theme on the server?

Thank you for your reply but my question still remains unanswered. SiteGround GoGeek plan preconfigured max_execution_time is 120s (according to their support) so it is not possible to change it to 40000
Is there any other workaround to make the theme working? what if I try to install an empty theme without images and content? can this solve the problem?
With Siteground the process will still work as long as its set to their maximum. I also highly suggest selecting one of the five Elementor demos.
