Hiya, please can someone help as this may be a bug and I can’t afford to renew the support for another 6 months to get an answer. I have the Buzzy template and for some reason the mobile menu does not scroll down to the bottom like the demo version on the ThemeForest website. Some of the categories are showing but if you click on a sub – category then it overlaps the content and does not allow you to scroll down and see the rest of the menu. Thank you for any help given, it is greatly appreciated.

Please try to go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.

Guys kindly reply to my ticket so that we know whether our issue will get resolve or not. Bcs tomorrow is Saturday and you guys don’t work on weekends. This will be a long wait for us just to resolve the 1st issue we encountered in the theme. You should help people who buy your theme properly instead of just giving a help doc and asking us to figure out. Our website launch was planned for 20 December now how do we do it. Please tell. Please reply.
If you wish to use this theme with WooCommerce, think twice, especially if you want to add widget sidebars. I tried to find a way to fix it but the theme is set in a way that makes it ULTRA-Difficult to modify anything without having to contact support, which requires you to pay extras.
No answers from the Dev Team. So yeah, theme is good AS LONG as you don’t want to use WooCommerce. Otherwise, find something else.

You only replied because I gave a 1 star review. Your documentation didn’t help, and the article linked doesn’t fix my issue, I already went through it before and nothing helped, I even redid your steps. (And I did update the theme, spoiler; didn’t fix anything.)
So yeah. The theme was good until I ended up on this issue. I won’t pay 50 USD for a single tip for something I didn’t use during the free suport trial.

Didn’t see your reply. But I did send an email that was never answered (probably lost in spam?). There is nothing in the documentation that explains how to make the sidebar appear properly for the product pages. At least, your steps aren’t working.

Please understand that this is only possible with modification of the theme files or a third-party plugin, possibly a WooCommerce extension which will allow you to edit the single product page. It is by default a template that cannot be edited within our theme options.

WooSidebar was indeed installed with your steps and they didn’t work, it doesn’t show the sidebar even though I create a custom one for it. I resent the email yesterday with the purchase code and no replies. If you’re waiting for me to buy another 50$ support to “proove my my purchase with a new code”, you can forget it so far. You’re not even giving the link to the help you’re referring to, even though I already went numerous times through your documentation to fix the issue. Which, spoiler alert, did nothing.
I followed these instructions to the letter, even went with an English profile to make sure I was doing it right. And at the end, your stuff doesn’t work.

Are you kidding me? I already told you what wasn’t working, you know what I’m trying to achieve. Your theme has NO WAY for me to add a widget sidebar next to my single product pages.
This is the ONLY steps available for me releated to the sidebar in your entire docutmentation related to WooCommerce. At this point, you’re just doing it on purpose.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. Another clean install.

Something is seriously wrong with your demo files.

Still no response from “support”
Trying to do anything at this point to move forward.
The date appears at the top, so went into Widgets, saw the Buzzy Weather Widget.
Got an API Key, changed the location.
It does nothing except change it from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Does not show the current weather, etc.

Here is the home page WP 5.4.2, PHP 7.4, as you can see the image for the lead “IT IS A STUDIOUSLY CRAFTED PERSONALITY” the image is shortened, the hot icon covers the text. It takes a few clicks to get to the interior page.
Menu is far thicker.

Having issues with this theme, and waiting patiently to get going on building, but have lost all day waiting on a response.
There is no forum where other users can help.
Simply things like why the demo import looks and acts nothing like the demo on their site.
I have 5 emails into them, no response.
The demo site is running WP 5.2.2
Current is 5.4.2, is that the issue with this demo import?
Installed WP 5.3.4, same issue.
Installed 5.2.7, same issue and contact & woo are not compatible plugins.
Set it up again, ensuring the latest PHP 7.4, same issue.

1. Our theme is using WooCommerce plugin for the shop functionality, when it comes to shopify you can read more about it here
2. Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed ñ so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advice to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.
3. We do not have a testing environment however you can check the theme documentation in order to get a better look on the theme options and possibilities you do have with it. If you do have any specific questions about a feature please ask and we would be happy to provide you with some screenshots.

A few more questions.
1- The demos show a set number of stories on the main page, is there a way to ensure access to older stories? 2- Search function, is there an advanced option? 3- On the full image width pages, they seem to be the only ones that do not have the authors name before the date, comment#, likes 4- User account creation, how is that handled? Also, what access is given to them other than being able to comment and I assume access their shopping cart 5- newsletter sign up pop up, is there a way for this to only be popping up on the main page as opposed to every single page? Also, once the user has signed up how does this know not to nag them to sign up 6- Trending, hot, etc. are the perimeters able to be set by the site owner or is this predetermined? 7- the slide (from the hamburger) what can be placed in there?

1. You can use our News shortcortcode where you can add either post Id or choose which category will be shown.
2. This is the default WordPress search and its behavior. There is no additional advanced search.
3. This is because the title area is used, and on all others, the title is displayed within the post, so this can be changed.
4. The user login is only for the Woocommerce where you will be able to access your orders and downloads.
5. You can either enable or disable the popup newsletter form which will be applied on all pages. You could possibly try to disable it with some additional CSS code
6. You can choose this from the admin panel on each post.
7. If you refer to the slide on the home page this is our Blog list carousel which will list your post, otherwise, you can use Revolution Slider for other content.

Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.
