Hello, I use the language “German” for the website, unfortunately the translation doesn’t work properly in the theme for WooCommerce. Apparently it’s because of the theme, because when I use the theme from WordPress it works fine. Also I always get the hint that there are some “outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files in my theme (Renovate)”. Is this related? Can you help me?

Hi, the problem is my purchase code is expired, so I can’t create a ticket.
And the tickets I found with nearly the same problems are about 5 years old (outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files).
It is a bug from your theme, that the WooCommerce files in the theme override the “normal” WooCommerce files. That’s why the translation to german works 100% not properly in WooCommerce.

In this case you will need to extend your support period. Theme is updating some WooCommerce templates to provide layout compatibility, so that is not a bug. You need to translate phrases under theme language domain – ‘renovate’.
Why should I search the whole website for english words/phrases to translate it under the theme language domain “renovate”? I don’t understand…In WooCommerce the language German is nearly 100% translated: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/de/default/wp-plugins/woocommerce/ Can’t you take this file?
It is ok, that your theme is updating/overwriting some WooCommerce templates, but there is the failure, that the language switch is not working properly because of this… I tested it with other themes and there every language works fine. Without seperately translating something.
Also WooCommerce tells me about “outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files in my theme (Renovate)”. Is this fixed with the next theme update?
So what are we doing now? I don’t see why I have to pay again for something that never ran clean.
Yes, WooCommerce files will be updated with next theme version. If theme is overwriting some WooCommerce templates, they need to be available for translate under theme domain, otherwise theme will not pass ThemeForest review standards. Related to #1 There is no possibility to select the services on the left part of the Appereance – Menus. There is simply no “Services” group on the meny from the left, only Pages, Products, Posts, Custom Links, Categories, Product categories, Product tags or Woocommerce endpoints

We moved the site that hosted Renovate to another hosting and it looks like since the IP was changed, the theme was completely gone. Is it possible to access the purchase code of that theme. There is no way we can access the theme now.

Do you realize that we need a purchase code to register there, right? And that’s exactly why I am writing about. Somebody purchased the theme, but we can’t access the purchase code. When we changed the hosting, the theme was gone. We need you to verify the purchase so we can download it for the website
In this case you need to ask person who purchased theme for purchase code, otherwise you will need to purchase separate license.
The person who purchased it died. What we want is only a verification. Why would we purchase another license because of a mistake on your end? I have migrated tons of websites and never had I any problem like this. The theme should not be gone away because the server is different. How difficult it is to check the website and see if we really purchased it or not.
Theme is not checking server ip address, so probably something else is wrong. Without purchase code we are not able to make verification. In this case please contact Envato Support: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and ask them for help.
Messaging on my client’s behalf, not a web dev. Does this plugin have a feature for customers to select a price range, say their budget is between $5000 – $10000. That means 2 price inputs (from and to).

1. Theme is including WooCommerce integration. We haven’t tested other dedicated WooCommerce plugins but they should works well.
2. Coupon codes are from WooCommerce, theme is providing dedicated styles for WooCommerce, we are not changing shop functionalities. So if something is included with WooCommerce, it will work.
3. Yes, with WPML you can use any language.
4. Yes, theme is using UTF-8 encoding, so it supports every language.
5. Yes, product category listings are available, example: http://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes/renovate/product-category/music/albums/

I do not have the purchase code because a different designer built this site. I need support and have no problem paying for it, but i can’t even register because I don’t have the code.
