1. Do you have any accordions and tabs? Or everything depends on Elementor, in which I should make it later? Sorry for this maybe stupid question, but I have never work with this kind of template. I usually had standalone template with accordions and tabs already included.
2. Do you have any template for education or some primary or secondary school?
3. After I will buy and download Phlox Pro – how (when) I will choose the concrete template from Phlox Pro? All templates will be in zip package?

when i went to upload from phlox pro a theme template i was sent to envato to purchase the 16.50 a month to get the templates. i wasn’t happy about that. They really don’t have much as far as photography goes and because i use elementor it made it even more difficult to find one on envato

Well I thinks there is a misunderstanding here, you Do NOT need to purchase Envato Elements, and you can use Phlox without any problems or limits without it. the only difference would be the watermarks on the images, which as you may know they are dummy data, and you need to use your own content and images. Please if you still need clarification about it just let me know.
Trying to install the demo for pets and is not working! I cannot see any elements when i try to edit the homepage or header templates in elementor… I’ve increased serve memory to 512 plus many other things including clearing it all and reinstalling the demo. Please please tell me what to do!

I had problems with the theme, first it was installing the demo, I wrote to the customer service and they installed the demo manually but I have the page full of error messages, I wrote again to see what the problem was but I have not received a response. One more question, how can I change the images to not have the watermark. I have an Elements account. But I don’t know which images you used.

Please note that as we have responded to your ticket in our support service, you need to log into your Envato Elements before you import the demo. If you already imported the demo, then there is no automatic process to replace the images. so you need to unistall the demo and try to import it like it says on the bellow link.
If you did not put any specific content into your website yet, the best way to do this is to clear the previous data and re-import the demo again, but this time by logging into the Envato Elements when the demo importer window prompt you.

OK i have change the cart to dropdown but in mobile when i choose the cart button it opens both (dropdown and off canvas). In desktop it opens only dropdown (as it should be)
Hi. Please note that this is the default behavior of the Shopping Cart element and it’s completely fine.
On the mobile devices, you can’t actually have the hover effect. You have only the touch and the best layout for it would be the off-canvas. This is not an issue and everything is working as it should be. If there is anything else, please make sure to contact us at our help center here: http://help.averta.net/Yes i can perfectly understand that. BUT it shouldn’t open BOTH in mobile. It should open ONLY the offcanvas cart in mobile. Now it opens BOTH of them in mobile (offcanvas AND dropdown) and i think this is not proper at all

in search (pop up window) i want to show only products(not posts or pages). How can i do that (add something like &post_type=product at the end of search function)
Hi yes it is possible, you can simply go to edit your header in header builder then select the search element and frm there choose the products under post types.

Hi – Are the “Black Friday Sales” and “Smart Phone Store” demos (shown on your main sale page under the “100+ interactive modern demos”) available for import when using Elementor? Both of those demos seem to be perfect for a couple builds I have planned but they aren’t available for import when Phlox is installed and activated. Thanks!
Hi, I am sorry but those demo is not avaiable and it may take 1 month for them to come alive in Elementor, but there are 2 more shop demos which will be released next week .

Most of image tags have srcset attribute that result in loading appropriate image size based on screen size and dpi.

Hi. I can see what you are talking about but please note that this is not a critical problem. Some layouts of those widgets have different structure and their anchor links are different. Sure we can change this as you mentioned and adjust them for more convenient usage.
