I have pre-sales question:

1) Let’s say I have 3 pricing plans Premium, Standard and Free. When displaying listings can I display all Premium listings in a category first, followed by all Standard and then all Free listings.

2) If I bulk import 10,000 listings as an admin, by default I think the directory admin receives the leads sent to all the listings. But the Emails should go to their respective companies not the admin. How is the lead-form of each listing configured so that the owner receives the email not the admin weather the business is claimed or not?

I am looking for a theme to create a restaurant directory theme. I would like to know if you theme supports the following features.

1. Bulk import restaurants from a csv file ( I will use wpallimport probably) with working map for the listings.

2. Search by category, region and text.

3. Reply to a review.

4. Vote a review (thumbs up or down).

5. Add customs fields for score.

6. Have a page with all the reviews, and a feature to sort them by popularity, best reviews etc.

7. Page builder support like Elementor (I hope you dont use wpbakary since it is a very bad builder).

I have purchased your theme. I use WC Paid Listings along with WooCommerce Subscriptions and Memberships. I also have WP Job Manager Field Editor installed. On the listing submission page, the theme has modified the original WPJM form for some reason and removed the option to create a username AND password on the signup page – all that is visible is the option to have an e-mail sent to the user with the generated password. Since the code has been modified, even when I select the “account creation during registration” options in WPJM and WooCommerce, nothing changes. And because they are the default login fields, I cannot edit them in WPJM Field Editor.

I absolutely need to have the option to create both a username and password on the signup page – it is a requirement for my site. I have contacted your support twice about the issue. The original response from support was that I needed to pay for “custom” work just to restore the native functions of WPJM. I did not receive a response at all to my second e-mail, so I am posting this here in hopes for a response.

This “modification” should be done at no cost. I am NOT requesting a new or custom feature. I am requesting that the default features of the WPJM plugin be restored. The documentation (especially pre-sale) doesn’t mention anything about the basic registration fields in WPJM being modified and there really isn’t any need to in the first place so it is unclear why it was modified to begin with. And looking at the change in code, it appears to be a fairly easy modification. Could you please send me the modified files with the code changed back so that the user can choose a username and password on the registration form like they should be able to? Thank you.

And how is that working: e.x. we get all the money giving next the amount to our listing clients or the system split the commission and charge it while it gives the rest to listing clients. Also does it support the previous ones with third party, local bank, plugins for charges with that way?

2. Restrictions: I have plans with level. These paid subscribers will see other users lists, but certain features will be hidden to the user who have paid for a lower plan. So the restrictions are based on VIEWING USERS not Listing Author plan

3. Plans needs to have expiry and Listings also expiry. This will depend on the plan selected

4. Free plan needs to auto assign to the user as soon as they register

5. Can we have an option upload document feature as well? this needs to show in frontend according to the user plan. if not, can we Custom coding for file upload, is that compatible with your theme? is it set in a user friendly way. Or use a third party plugin with shortcode option?

Hello, Is there any problem with theme since last update?

Just noticed i’ve problem with “GT3 Listing search form” and “GT3 Listing categories” while on cellphone.

Categories images don’t show up and in the listing search field there is 2 dropdown region option + 1 category. There should only be 1 region dropdown. still is only 1 on desktops. This makes the search on cellphone crash and not work.

Hello I have a few questions before I decide to buy. I will briefly describe what I intend to do: My project is a rental portal for vacation homes, hotels, tours etc. It is located in a special niche and should address a certain target group of travelers. I represent the interface between landlord and tenant (similar to Airbnb or booking etc). On my platform landlords should be able to register for free and for a fee (memberships) and to post their offers. Now I do not want to demand a service fee from the landlord. I would like the guests to be able to make a reservation or booking and, depending on the booking conditions of the landlord, to pay a deposit (which will go to me in trust and will only be paid to the host in a later process). If possible, the guest should pay the balance of the booking at the hotel / accommodation.

So my my questions are:

1. is it possible to present your theme?

2. which additional plugins would be necessary (e.g. woocommerce Memberships …) or is a corresponding membership procedure included?

3. is your theme GDPR – capable / compatible?

4. do you support ical and if so is ical implemented or do I need a separate plugin?

5. When a Guest or Host registers, can they go through the appropriate verification process (upload ID, passport)? if so, can they be declared as verified after the process is complete?

6. Does a registering user receive an activation link or activation code by email before he / she can access his / her profile?

7. Can I install a purchased license on a localhost environment for testing?

8. Possible to update the search results based on map movement?

9. Is there a way to set the maxZoom for a map to cover up the exact address before a customer books?

Youtube or an actual Mp4 upload? 2) What is acceptibale for adding the map locations on the listings – is the normal iframe code from the google maps embed code acceptable? 3) Is there a tracking option on the listings pages to monitor the number of visits that particular listing gets? 4) Is there a way that we can disable the ‘Add a listing’ – if I decide that I want to only offer paid for listings and will create the listing son their behalf, because when they create it themselves often they leave out the cover image and the site’s listings look untidy 5) following the previous questions, if i do decide to allow them to add listings themselves – is there a way that certain fields are marked as ‘required’ – such as the listing images / cover photo? 6) How do the payments work people creating their listings on the site? What is the exact process? 7) What are the server requirements for the site and demo content? Is there a child theme available and automatic updates?
